We hired Jeremy to shorten a gas line behind our oven. He was extremley quick to respond, provide a quote, and take care of the job for us. The job was done extremley well, everything was done very neatly and genuinely looked much better than the original install job. He was even able to run behind the drywall which we did not think we would be able to do. Incredibly polite as well, and we'll absolutely call him again in the future

Two years later living in the house, Jeremy is still our GO TO GUY for all things plumbing. He's busy and has a full time job outside of his own business so it can be difficult to get on his schedule (but fortunately, I haven't yet had to deal with such an emergency yet that required his immediate attention). Though actually, the one time we did have a pretty bad leak, guess what? He really was here within minutes, knee deep in the mud in our water box out front trying to figure out what was going on.

My garbage disposal was locked up. I called Jeremy in the morning and before noon, he was at my house. He fixed my disposal and also showed me how to fix it if it was to happen again.
