I would have loved to have gotten an estimate for this company since they came highly recommended from my neighbor, but apparently they don't need my business. I called to schedule an estimate to replace a sink trap in a bathroom and generally look over the exposed pipes during a remodel to see if the 45+ year old pipes needed an upgrade. I barely got my request out before they told me that they weren't interested in my project. I suppose it wasn't a large enough job for them. At least the person who answered the phone was pleasant enough. I always like to try to give my business to local companies, but it's frustrating when I can't even get one to come out for an estimate.

For over 25 years - these alphabet been my go-to guys. When I moved - my neighbor is a property manager - I asked him who he would recommend. He said Wacker. So.... I still have no reason to change. Love these guys!

Called them at 8am after a holiday weekend - the plumber arrived at 9am!

The plumber evaluated the situation and said that he would advise us not to make a costly repair and that we probably had a minor problem that would resolve on it's own. Came quickly and provided honest service. Very impressed.

Needed to replace a hot water heater so I called Wacker based on recommendations and online reviews. The person who answered the phone, Gail, was very helpful and willing to answer a bunch of questions for me. They were able to setup a time that worked good with my schedule. Bryan and Ben arrived on time and did an exceptional job installing the heater. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and clean with their work.

I just bought a 50-year old home and had some reasonably complex work to be done - run a couple gas lines for new appliances, which required permitting, and replace some old faucets. The two guys that came were extremely professional, competent and helpful. They even helped with another issue while they were here. While plumbing work can be expensive in general, Wacker was very fairly priced.

Inspection went very well due to the great quality work. I will use them again.

Wacker Plumbing sent their service representative Eric DeJonghe out to investigate my slow draining kitchen sink. Eric arrived on time and was able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve the problem. They were able to send Eric on very short notice, and he was able to make discuss the potential problem area and what may have caused the problem. I called Wacker because they did some good work for us years ago. Brian and his son Ben came out and to replace our HW heater and sump pump. They were efficient, professional, thorough and nice guys! In the process we discovered a completely unrelated problem (90 year old house!). Their office called the next morning to set-up the next call to replace the newly found problem and they came out the following business day. Again, work was well done, thoroughly tested, neat & tidy.
I will use them the next time I need a plumber, no doubt!
