As one who has been blessed to retire early from working law enforcement I expect to have peace in my castle for my family and I. My basement is an important piece and belongs solely to me. Everything else (ie living room, kitchen, backyard, etc) I give to my wife. A happy wife equals a happy life. My basement has been rescued by W & W Plumbing. Ed is truly a Sensei when it comes to plumbing. W & W is the way to go when it comes to your plumbing needs. Stay away from the novices who are without plumbing skills. My basement is going to eventually serve as my Man-Cave and I will NEVER patronize anyone other than W & W Plumbing for service needs. Ed is the real deal!!! Again, leave your plumbing needs for the professionals who are with a proven track record and skillset or else you will be with a possible stroke, divorce and definitely broke!

I am very disappointed with W&W Plumbing and Construction. I contacted W&W Plumbing because my toilet overflowed while using my washing machine. After he rodded the pipe and paying him $325.00, I thought everything was working. Three days later while washing, my toilet overflowed again. I contacted W&W and was told that ""he would be out tomorrow by 12:00 pm"". I called the next day at 1:00 pm and every 2 hrs, 3 times and still no answer.

I contracted W& W Plumbing and gave them a $3000.00 deposit to install a 2nd bathroom. They never did the job in Calumet City nor are they licensed to do work there, mind you have to have permits to do that type of work and now I have to sue them to get my money from back. After calls I did receive a check at my office that bounced like I was dribbling a basketball. I repeat do not use them they are major SCAM ARTISTS. I received a money order this me for 2260.00 while they keep 740.00 returning PVC pipe and copper tubing. They did no work prep work but charge $740.00 for 4hrs labor when the only thing he did was pick up a check!!!! Still not licensed in Cal city. see attached invoice them. MAJOR SCAM ARTIST, Oh still never saw me only drop-off a check at my office knowing I would not be in the office at that time

I have used this company several times on different projects and I must say their work is top notch. I've had two water heaters replaced another one repaired from water damage. A refrigerator that needed a water line added, a tub that had to be roded out. As you can see I am a loyal customer with history, from big jobs to small jobs give them a call.

I was extremely disappointed with the services. I paid 350 dollars CASH for them to clear a sewer line, and not even 24 hours later I had waste pumping into my bathtub again. Even after contacting him to make him aware of the situation, he told me he left town.
I never received a follow up call, text, or visit to rectify problem.

I then had to call another company to come out here and do the very same thing I had just paid him to do. I really hoped to be able to brag on the fact I had a black owned plumbing company to service my home....

I don't have hundreds of dollars to throw away like that. Even if he was too tired to do the job the right way I would have respected him just saying "" it's too much for me to do right now"".

The other plumber ( Roto Rooter) took his time and rodded out an entire bucket of roots to clear that line..... and the work is under warranty.

Please save your money and do not call this company!
