Awful. I requested a specific plumber - they sent some one else. He broke everything he touched, and charged me for it all along. He also trashed my house - leaving mud, parts and tools everywhere. To top it all off he charged me $140 more then I was quoted. It was a night mare- BE WARE!!

Customer service was terrible and trying to get them to send the bid was like pulling teeth. The owner wanted to charge me to inspect the pipes under the house cause the helper he brought was too fat too get under there. I suggest looking elsewhere.

I used to use them off/on for a number of years, no complaints...then about 5 yrs ago, they fell off the planet with their service and became, well, lazy.. Just last week, for example,I called them THREE times in 5 days to bid upwards of 10k worth of plumbing. Each time I was promised the "guy who does all the bidding" will call back. He never did. I went with Clarke Kent Plumbing, and have no regrets, but it's hard to believe that I once had any faith in these folks...

Great service! Most importantly, there rates are as good as you will find. My introduction to them came after a well advertised, multi service company wanted to charge "at least $1500" to repair an old faucet on a tub/shower. They were going to break some tiles but could not replace them (they were 40 yrs old and had no replacements, allegedly)...so every tile in the bathroom had to be replace.
I called W.O. Harper. They chuckled when they came out and heard my explanation. They went behind the faucet, saw a closet and found a panel. He opened it up and showed me the back side of the faucet. He replaced it, touched no tiles, finished in under an hour and charged me $85.
Any questions???
Love W.O. Harper!!

Called W O Harper over a week ago to get a bid on a plumbing repair and was told that the estimator would call me to schedule. Did not hear from him so called again the next day, gave additional contact numbers in case I missed the call @ home. STILL did not hear from them so called a third day; also contacted another company which came out the next day and provided a written estimate which I accepted.
A week after the first call still no response from WO Harper estimator - obviously need centralized scheduling since their plumbers are not dependable to manage their own time.

I just called on a Saturday morning and Eric was here within 30 minutes. He worked efficiently, but quickly and commented that he wanted to get the job done as soon as he could for me because of the higher weekend rate.
I've used W O Harper before and always gotten great customer service and reliable work. I would recommend them for any plumbing repair or service. They are a great local company.

They answered the phone, were good enough about getting someone out here fast, but they charged me $95 to tell me I needed a part that I would have to order from the manufacturer. Good that the guy knew immediately what was wrong, but seems if it was an independent plumber they would have just said to call them when I got the part and charged a minimum visit fee.

My landlord uses these folks to maintain the pipes at my house. They have always gotten the issue resolved with a minimum of fuss and are up front about what it is going to cost my landlord.
I've only had flack from one person on the weekend who I paged for an emergency call. By flack, I mean, the guy was kind of rude like I was bothering him by asking him to come do his job.
Other than that - everyone is super nice - from the people in the office to the service tech. that comes out to the house. They seem to have reasonable prices also.
