Complete incompetence. Our contractor used them for a new master bath in an addition and we have had nothing but problems in the last year. Major leak from the main waste line that caused damage on multiple floors and tons of black mold everywhere. Both the toilet and shower have clogged. I've owned homes for 15 years and literally never had a plumbing issue, and I've had 3 in the one bathroom Vorhies renovated. Absolute disaster.

Our former contractor put us in touch w/ Wayne at Vorhies - we had called the contractor because our Rohl kitchen faucet had malfunctioned. Wayne spoke w/ us on the phone, and thought that the faucet manufacturer could 'troubleshoot' the issue with us. He made the call and conferenced us in. The technical people at Rohl walked me through the 'fix' in under 5 minutes. Wayne saved us the cost of a service call and got the problem solved quickly. A great guy....definitely our 'go-to' plumber for the future.

Price is reasonable, which can be a challenge in the big city.
