Mr. Lewis had come highly recommended by our neighbor in Rockville. I called W H Lewis at 8:00 AM, and I was lucky to have Mr. Mike Lewis come to my home at 2:30 PM, the sceduled appointment was for 4PM. I had tried several other plumbers in the area, and not one of them was able to come out the same day. Not only was Mr. Lewis early, he was quick at determining the issue at hand (a leaky toilet, and replacement valve), and providing necessary repairs. The bill was extremely fair, and I'm grateful for
his service.

Mike at W.H. Lewis is awesome! Today he solved a non-plumbing problem for me over the phone. I thought a beeping alert sound was coming from the sump pump he installed. Instead of making a house-call he took the time and effort to talk me through a better investigation of the basement, where I found - as he predicted - the sound coming from a Verizon hook-up that was hidden from view near the pump.

When there IS a plumbing problem, W.H. Lewis is the one I call. Mike is congenial, punctual, and does excellent work.

Three things make up a professional you should do business with. 1) Punctuality, if WH Lewis says they will be there at 2:30 then be ready at 2:30 cause that's when they will arrive 2) Ability to perform the task at hand. WH Lewis was efficient and expert in the repair required. 3) A fair rate for the work done. WH Lewis completes the repair fast and throughly. As a son of a plumbing and heating contractor I'd be pleased to recommend them to any one for all major and minor plumbing needs!

We hired Mr. Lewis to replace our water heater. The price was very fair. He was prompt, clean and did two more jobs during the visit without a significant residual additional charge. The whole experience screamed of ""pride in work done in a family business."" We plan to use Mr. Lewis for all future plumbing work.
