My downstairs AC unit went out last night. The unit was set to 69 but it was 73 degrees when I got up (and it was only going to get warmer as the day progressed). I went outside to look at the unit and it was not engaging. I called W.F. Parker at about 7:30 on a Monday morning, described the problem, and he said he could be out shortly. He showed up a little over an hour later, fixed the problem (the capacitor was fried) and was done in about 30 minutes. AC worked great after that. What a relief, considering we were heading into 8 straight days of humid, 90+ degree July heat. Same day fix at the beginning of a heat wave and at a reasonable price? Absolutely more than I was expecting. I have used them before and will continue to use them for all on my HVAC needs. They are truly awesome and I will recommend to any who ask.

Great Service again! I reviewed Franck in 2017 when he went above & beyond to get my rental property's AC fixed fast so my tenants didn't suffer.

Yesterday Franck came same-day when tenants reported furnace not working first thing in the morning. He replaced a capacitor late afternoon but a few hours after he left it stopped working again. He returned early the next morning and replaced the furnace blower motor. I'm very happy that he had the part and didn't say I needed a new furnace. Thanks again for fast, dependable and trustworthy service!

So of course the air conditioning stops working once the heat really started kicking in - and over the Memorial Day Weekend. I used Yelp to find a local HVAC company and called this business. Left a message and he called me back at 9:00 on a Sunday night. They came out the next morning, Memorial Day, and fixed my a/c. Blessed relief. They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job for a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend.

Update from 2018: My furnace wasn't working. W.F. Parker came out when they said they would and determined I had a loose wire and quickly fixed it. Again, exemplary, timely service at a reasonable price. I will continue to use them for my heating and a/c needs.

Totally satisfied. As always, AC seems to go out on the weekends. Called them and Frank was able to make it in 2 hours on a Sunday. I explained the past history of doubt and expense with others. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem for a great price. He also gave me a very good verbal quote if (when) my unit goes out.

The best! I'm a landlord and when my tenants called to say the AC wasn't working, I called Frank Parker at 7pm Friday night on the 4th of July weekend. He said he could come out the next morning on Saturday (which was impressive) but he ended up coming that night saving my tenants a sweaty night with no AC.

According to my tenants (who have lots of mechanical knowledge), Frank gave honest and friendly service, fixing the problem and checking the freon level etc for a very reasonable price.

I called W.F. Parker with a suspected water service line leak. County water personnel confirmed problem was on my side of meter and W.F. Parker sent a plumber out next day. With the 2016 Blizzard approaching within 24hrs, plumber installed new water service same day. The new water service took all day to complete, but service team stayed late to properly finish the job. I can't say enough good things about a job well done!
