Nicely installed, BUT...

Grossly over sized equipment (66%). On cooling side this is causing dehumidification problems that will lead to mold if not addressed. This should not happen, particularly with high end multi-stage equipment.

Missed opportunity to sell Hybrid, or even straight Air Source Heat Pump (GreenSpeed are fantastic).

If they had gone with Air Source on this top of the line equipment, reheat feature would take care of dehumidification needs. BENEFITS: MUCH more comfortable home and dramatically reduced risk of mold/bad indoor air quality.

Our A/C unit went out. They were able to get a service person out in two days. He was very prompt and professional. They gave us a 2 hour window and called that he would arrive within an hour. He wore booties in the house to avoid tracking dirt and in, checked all the units, and quickly figured out the issues (air filters needed and freon refill). After fixing it, he checked that the temperature dropped appropriately. The repair was a little more that I expected, but I don't know the range of price for this kind of work. Regardless, service was outstanding. I would use them again the next time we have an HVAC issue.

Best experience with a plumber ever. Called around 8am to replace a shower diverter. Estimate was anytime between 1 and 4. I received the confirmation call around 12:30 and the plumber arrived within an hour as promised. The plumber, Josh, was very professional and explained things clearly. The old diverter was removed, pipe was replaced due to deterioration, and a new diverter was installed and sealed in about 30 minutes. Josh left the work area clean and removed the old part as well. I would highly recommend the company based on this experience and fair price.

I'm very upset that gave W. F. Hann & Sons a try for an air conditioner leak and fill. I was charged a total of $801 for less than 3 hours of work, which is $267.00 per hour. I was charged $89.00 just to come out and diagnose, $250.00 to repair the leak, and $462.00 for 4 pounds of R410a. I thought the $89.00 would go toward the first hour, but they just add it on top of their other unpublished flat fee structure. The R410a retails for $5.00 per pound on Amazon. $462.00 just to fill the system with R410a is at least $200 above other local area rates. I think they ripped me off of an extra $300.00 above the local rates. It took a week for Dan the supervisor to get back to me after calling him immediately after the work was done, after leaving three voicemails over the week. I told him I thought the charges were excessive. He said their the normal national rates, and they have a lot of overhead. They never gave me an estimate of the cost before the work. When I tried to call W. F. Hann & Sons' sales people a week after the work was done, to ask their prices, they wouldn't give any hourly rates, or rates for anything. I think they get in the door and lock you in with $89.00 rate, then charge whatever they can get from you. I won't be using W. F. Hann & Sons ever again. I'll continue to shop around for a predictable and honorable hvac company.

After dealing with overpriced and often inept local shops, we decided to try W.F. Hann & Sons after reading all of the positive Google & Yelp reviews, which did not steer us wrong. Each tech (for plumbing and HVAC) has been professional, friendly, respectful of our property, and each job has come in well done, on time, and at a very reasonable price. I won't use anyone else from here on out, and encourage anyone who is looking for a good plumbing and/or HVAC company to look no further! Special shout-out to Don Lowe, whose friendly professionalism, honest opinions, deep knowledge, and superior expertise have been invaluable to us in multiple homes.

We had to have the hv/ac unit replaced in our home. We had several bids, all were within $1000. Then my husband remembered Kieth, and contacted him! We had worked with Kieth in the past (20 years ago), while living in a century home with a boiler. Kieth was still with W.F. Hann! So, Kieth came to our home to see the scope of the job! We chose to go with W.F Hann & Sons. Barrett came out to estimate the job, and Anthony and Dave installed the new unit. Additional techs, I didn't catch their names, came to lend a hand throughout the day. Barrett came out to check on us, and to see how the task was progressing. The techs were great! They are all professionals, they all have great attitudes, their work is exceptional, they were very good at taking the time to explain everything, and, get this, they cleaned up when they finished! :-) If you ever need help, call W. F. Hann. They will be ""on it"" for you. Yes, we had to wait a few weeks for the install, but it was so worth the wait. Thanks guys! It's so wonderful to witness a company that cares about the homeowner, and not just about the dollars! When's the last time you could ""say"" that? I know...it's been a while right! Thanks to W.F. Hann for hiring associates that take pride in what they do! Score: A+

We awoke this morning to no A/C. Thanks to Saul Weinberg and the WF Hann team, we'll go to bed cool tonight. I'd recommend them to anyone!!! Fast, easy and fairly priced.

They came out to fix plumbing noise. They tried changing valves in shower, which failed, then another valve and that didn't help. They charged me $400 for the first repair and $180 for the second. They are obviously incompetent and you should go with someone else.

The technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and polite! I selected a two year furnace and A/C plan and they have not missed calling me to set up my spring and fall checkups!

Furnace went on the Fritz last night at 11PM. Texted Donnie and he called me right back and walked me through some basic troubleshooting. Needless to say it turned out to be a major repair and Donnie was there at 9AM to fix. Can't recommend highly enough. Been using W.F. Hahn for years and they have always delivered.
