Recommended Customer Reviews
Mike from W.E. Brown did our first annual maintenance at our business yesterday and it was a great experience. He was very thorough and communicated with us every step of the way.
We had our HVAC serviced on 6/11 by Mike. Mike was very professional and very personable. He gave great advice and really made this visit pressure free. Thank you for a job well done and we will see you soon!

I have a service contract, but when I call to have my seasonal service, the first available appointment is 7 weeks out! Totally unacceptable!
I appreciate the effort that WE Brown made to ""make things right"" for me.
Failing a fan install, I contacted W.E. Brown for help...they sent Michael a couple of days later - pretty good considering COVID days. He proved to be an excellent electrician - showed me what I did wrong and fixed everything quickly and efficiently! He even asked to check the power panels and checked for deficiencies. I highly recommend W.E. Brown!
This is a great service company. They do what they say they will do. They do the job when they say they will do it. They do the work well. From the top down, the people at WE Brown are responsive, capable and pleasant.
We had one Of their technicians do a minor repair on one of our units. He was fairly good. We then requested one of their service plans for the year. This is where the problem started. This is one of the most non-responsive or non-customer oriented companies that I have come across. I first spoke to Tana and was told there were several payment options available for the annual service plan.I then spoke to Erin told me that we could make two payments per year if we wanted to corresponding with the two major service calls. The next day, her manager Christy called back and told me that we had to pay everything upfront. She did not give any reason why. This appears to be some kind of a scam in which WE Brown gets your money up front and who knows whether or not you're going to get any kind of service. I spoke to several other HVAC companies and none of them required payment one year in advance.
The final straw was that I requested from Erin to speak with Jay who is Erin's boss. It's been over two months and I have not received a phone call from Jay. I would stay away from this company.
We have been extremely happy with all of the plumbing work performed by WE Brown. They stand by their work and are very quick to respond to questions or concerns even long after the work is completed. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and provided creative solutions to some of the plumbing needs we had in our business. Jay Taggart is excellent to work with and will make certain the right people are assigned to the project. I recommend WE Brown for any residential or commercial project, big or small.
They installed an AC system. During a routine service check, we were told that there were serious leaks and that the system (one month out of warranty) needed total replacement. We got a second opinion from another company, which said there were no leaks and that the system was fine. I would stay as far away from W,E. Brown as possible.
Their technician promptly performed a thorough assessment on a Monday for the price of a service call ($69). He had to price out a part to provide a proper quote to replace a faucet. Mid-week I left a message that was not returned. On Friday I called again to get the status of this information-- I think someone dropped the ball-- but they called me with the quote later that day. I had some scheduling pressure-- their techs work weekdays 7-4, (like most working people) and so a job scheduled after 4 or on a weekend is 'emergency service' and jacks up cost. We couldn't be there at those hours. Their dispatcher was polite but totally unsympathetic, said her manager was unavailable to speak to me. It was soooo frustrating to deal with this company. I called another plumber and the repair happened without difficulty. If you need a plumber, I recommend calling another company.
