Absolutely horrible experience, the installers did a terrible job, they made a mess of the house, took things from drawers, we were missing medication, jewelry, I even lost my ski suit! Don't hire these people whatever you do, worst mistake ever! Also, the owner who was a fairly miserable gentleman kept hitting on my wife and touching her shoulder. It made her very uncomfortable!

I've called on W.C. Eshenaur & Son several times throughout the years. They provide great service within reasonable time and rates run mid-range from what I can tell. Technicians are well-informed, polite and provide details regarding issues and resolutions.

Just called and asked to speak to someone about switching my service to WC Eshenaur and son, I was transferred, stated my request again, transferred again and sent to voicemail. I would think a potential client would warrant 5-star service. I stated in the voicemail that I'll take my business elsewhere, that's ridiculous.

Horrible service. Our AC unit was not functioning properly, so we had a emergency visit from a service tech who did nothing to diagnose the problem and told use we were not ""adjusting the thermostat correctly"" which was causing it to not hold the temp. Approx one week later, the unit began to malfunction again. The next call placed for after hour service resulted in a very rude tech who was asking me a million questions trying to avoid coming. My husband spoke to him and he insisted the fan (which was running) was broken, or possibly the compressor. He stated there was no use on him coming because he wouldn't have the part to fix it. This was Saturday and it was very hot and humid. He insisted that we should wait until Monday and even argued with my husband because he was ""too busy"" to come check the unit. Saturday night our 13 year old dog had a heat stroke. The next day, the tech was supposed to call us and never did. We were able to get another service company to come and was able to tell us within 10 minutes that the unit needed recharged because of a leak. I find it deplorable that the tech couldn't just work with us instead of being so rude and disrespectful. The worst part is that because of this, our dog suffered. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Esheraur replaced our geothermal unit about a year ago. Clean, efficient installation. They addressed any concerns we had after the install. Great customer service. Our new unit has been more efficient than the one replaced. Great overall experience!

They placed holds totaling $3200 on our debit card to put 300 gal of propane in a 1000 gal tank (40% full). They've got to find a better way to bill their residential customers.

Great customer service. Employees I spoke with on the phone were extremely friendly. Plumbers that came out to my home were professional, friendly, nice and did a nice job.. Company is very ethical, which is hard to come by these days. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and their service.

We have had the service contract for our heat pump with them since 2013. Never a problem getting the service visits scheduled, usually within 2-3 days of calling. They always call to let us know when the tech is on the way and they have always been within the initial arrival window. Every tech that has come checks in before leaving and provides an overview of what they did and condition of the system.

I had my foot valve go out on my jet pump well. had eshenaur do the work.
nice employee with no parts to fix well. 1st strike. then he had to leave house 5xs for parts. 2nd through 6th strike. after taking all day running around for parts, 2xs to shop at 41st, then to fagars, then to home depot then to ace, when he leaves and tells me its 3.5 hrs of labor. I was ok with that even though if he had parts, would've taken less than 2!!! so I get bill and has 5 hrs of labor on it. call plumbing manager, he tells me, well that wht employee says he was here all day. yes he was, running for parts all day. so now I have to pay for labor at 90 an hour because the plumbing company had no parts in van. FIND another plumber to do the work needed at house!!!

Not only did the service technician make it to where I had no hot water instead of at least 5 minutes of hot water, my account was charged the service fee instead of my landlord's account. When I called about this I ended up having to talk to 3 different people and still had absolutely no resolution to my issue. I was told that the service manager would be contacting me, but that hasn't happened yet either. The woman I talked to would take no responsibility for how my credit card information ended up under my landlord's account and kept telling me that if we had contacted them again that they would've come back out to fix the problem. I told her that they were contacted afterwards by my landlord and she said she had no proof of that. Totally unprofessional company. We called another oil company who came out and fixed the problem we had in the first place and reversed what the technician from Eshenaur messed up.
