These people know what they are doing!!! I have used them in the past and everything was perfect. And I did not forget, and for that reason I am going to use them again. Years later. The customer service was VERY good, and they were honest. For reasons such as this I'm sitting here at home ""looking out of the window"" with keen anticipation waiting for them to handle another job tomorrow.

Satisfied customer- I was in need of rodding services and was recommended to them. I heard back right away. After getting a run around from other plumbers. The technicians came earlier then expected and its so appreciative when dealing with plumbing issues... They were professional, thorough, and friendly. And the price was reasonable. I would recommend them easily. And will be going back to them.

Worst experience ever. Shady business, poor performance or lack there of, unreliable. Wanted more money to finish the job. Had my ground open for 3 weeks. Barely worked. On other jobs. Hired 2/9/22. Promised work would be done by 2/14/22. Had to fire him 2/27/22. NEVER USE THIS PERSON SERVICES!!!!

This Plumbing company is a JOKE!..
They are UNLICENSED and NOT authorized to do Plumbing! The owner William Bragg does not have a Plumbing License, Nor does he have a Plumbing CONTRACTORS license. He does not employ licensed plumbers either!..These people are glorified handymen with no formal training!
After fumbling around for an hour and a half, He misdiagnosed my plumbing issue, could not solve the issue he misdiagnosed, and then tried to convince me to do a procedure that was TOTALLY unnecessary! When I questioned him and requested credentials he became irrate, defensive and obnoxious! I had to throw him and his sidekick Eli out of my house!.. My plumbing issue was resolved later that day by Best Plumbing. They were in and out in 30 min flat.
Do not patronize W. Bragg Plumbing!!
They are LIARS, FRAUDS and CROOKS!.
I wanted to leave a NO star rating. But Yelp requires that you leave at least 1...

Dependable, reliable and true to his word. We had a sump pump problem that kept running about every two mins. The Bragg plumbing team arrived and diagnosed the problem as a broken discharged pipe that kept recycling the water back into the drain tiles causing the pump to work harder. I found that hard to believe since I had Rotter Rooter come out and said the problem was caused by a transition pipe that would cost a lot of money to repair. The Bragg team disconnected the original pipe and placed a temp pipe from the sump pump and after two days the pump stopped overworking and now it functions as it should. I was able to save a lot of money going with the Bragg plumbing company. If you need plumbing and construction work I highly recommend this company and I am confident you will be satisfied with the work and cost savings just as I was.

They were responsive, polite and helpful. The two plumbers dispatched to install a new sump pump weren't the most experienced, but they called their boss and got good instructions. The job was done, the pump worked when we tested it. I also appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves.

Great services - I had a bad gate valve that needed to be fixed and Bragg did great, thorough job. They needed to cut a hole in the wall under my sink, saw out the valve, and then sweat/solder a replacement valve in. Randall the plumber was professional and explained the entire process that lasted near 12hrs - a bit over what they thought would be necessary. Bragg stuck with the job and finished it!

Does great, quality work for a fair market price. Honest and upfront about the work to be done. If there are any issues or setbacks that arise, Will will keep you inform and abreast. No ""surprise"" charges. Definitely my plumber for small jobs I can't fix and large ones I know I can't begin to touch.
