Super fast and responsive service. We've had a few things repaired by them and they are always friendly and quick to come out. They show up when they say they will and are very knowledgeable. Their estimates are right on target. I almost don't want to say too much because if they get too busy they might not have time for us!

Beware, horrible company. Dishonest. This company will end up costing you money because the lack of experience. Technician smelled horrible, was rude and reckless. Almost blew up our home and the owner even had the audacity to send a bill after his inexperienced technician, cost us $12,000 to repair the damages he caused. I give one star because they showed up for the appointment. Better off calling your car mechanic because they would probably have better insight than these clowns. It's a shame because in this area the options to keep it local are slim but I assure you these are not the guys for the job. Check their reviews on Google as well, as you will see, bad news! Beware!

We called WA Sherman for an estimate to replace our existing HVAC. They did not pressure us to purchase. We had previously received two other estimates. We decided to go with them and they ordered a new system and scheduled an install.
Everything went as planned and we are satisfied with the technicians and the install.

This company wired in a new electrical line but instead of following code they ran the line to an existing breaker. 6 months later i had to pay, again, to fix their shadiness fixed properly, paying twice because it didn't mean code and failed an inspection...Be advised, it may look great but is it done correctly and unless you are an electrician yourself you won't know until it's too late.

WA Sherman put in a heat pump/AC system into our house last week. We had called around and received several quotes on having this done. WA SHERMAN had a very good price and Alan that came out to do the estimate was fantastic. The 4 guys that came out to do the install where neat, polite, funny, and explained what they where doing and why. We are very satisfied with the job that they did. On top of great service, we received a call from the owner the next day to make sure we where happy with the work !!!! That does not happen now days. The following week the hot water heater stopped working. I called in the morning and Julie (office manager who is wonderful) said that she would have someone out the same day. George came out before noon and checked it over. Said that we didn't need a new hot water heater and the thermostat was the problem. He installed the new parts and we have very hot water now. We will use them in the future for any problems.

W. A. Sherman came to my rescue today with a water off situation and a bad experience with another plumber service. Sherman's arrived in record time and fixed my problem is no time and at a good price!! The ""other"" place wanted $1k to replace 15' of main line in my house. Sherman's did it for $200!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!
