What a great guy. I had an emergency pipe break that was flooding my ceiling and no other plumbing place could come and my main shut off valve was not working properly. He dropped everything, because he said I had an emergency. The other place I called said I had to wait 24 hours, what a joke when I was flooding. He came out, arrived on time, got the valve to shut off, took me to a plumbing store so I could match the Victorian pipe fixtures I needed that are hard to find, replaced the parts, custom fit 2 pipes, fixed another leak free of charge that he happened to see I had been working on myself and charged me a lot less than the place that told me to wait 24 hours. I was shocked how reasonable his prices were. He went way beyond the call of duty to take me to a plumbing store so I could match my Victorian plumbing. He did not even charge me for that time. As he said, he wanted the job to look good and to look good, we had to get the proper parts. Most plumbers would have simply used what they had on hand and not worried about how it would look. After he was done, it looked great, just like the original.

I never post reviews, but I feel he should be recognized. I originally found him on Yelp after reading nothing but positive reviews. I've never seen such positivity before, so I decided to give him a call. I called a little before the 9am time it stated the business opened and left a message. Within minutes I received a call back and he was trying to fit me into his schedule the same day! Unfortunately I had work, but he scheduled my appointment for first thing the next morning. He was right on time and very friendly. I showed him the main issue (bathroom tub faucet was gushing water even when I turned off the water valve) as well as two leaky faucets. He gave me two options: the temporary less expensive fix, or the permanent more costly fix. Being a renter, I had to get the approval from my landlord who wanted to go with the temporary fix. He quickly finished the job, but unfortunately the tub still leaked a little bit. He said it would hold for a few months, but ultimately the valve would need to be replaced. I felt he was very honest. He called my landlord and explained the situation and even offered them a discount (which they loved). Once he got the approval, it was back to work where he quickly and professionally finished the job. I wasn't paying much attention while he was working, so when he was packing up to leave be mentioned he fixed our other bathroom shower (the water pressure was minimal) for free! He was genuinely a very nice, honest, accommodating, and professional guy. I would absolutely use him again and refer him to anyone (which I already have).

I had a DIY project go bad on a Saturday afternoon and I was stuck with no water on in the house. Vasilly answered his phone himself, showed up when he said (5pm) and stayed until everything was working again (8pm). Very professional and highly recommended.

he is a great guy, i had my main pile broke and he fixed it with reasonable price. Today i thought i called him for another job, but i called a wrong guy and did not notice until the job is done, and i have to pay lot more. By the way, it is my rental house, so i was not there to chat with him.

Oh, my review is over due, and after today mistaking calling a wrong guy with overly price for a simple toilet water supply job, i decided to spend time to write up a review to people would save lots of money by call VZ plumbing

Vasili came to repair our broken kitchen faucet last week. Very friendly and he took his time to make sure the faucet was not leaking after he had made his repair. It's been 1 week since Vasili fixed the faucet and my wife could not be happier! He also made time to repair the faucet in our bathtub. The faucet in the bathtub had a slow drip. He had that fixed within 5 minutes! And ""Best of All"" his price for these two repairs was extremely reasonable, which made me very happy as-well! Thank You Vasili.
We plan on installing a new water heater next year. Our current water heater is over 30 years old and we plan on calling VZ Plumbing to do the job.

We went to the internet requesting plumbers contacts on a Tuesday night, and Vasiliy called up within 10 minutes. Since our water heater had a hole in it and was leaking water we asked if he could come over then - it was 9:30 pm. He came over and helped us shut off the water and replaced a faulty valve. He took no money that night, gave us a fair estimate and completed the work as promised (on Thursday). Thanks Vasiliy, we hope we won't neeed your services again but will call if we need you.

I went online and requested three quotes from plumbers. Vasilly and one other company called. I gave both estimated times in the evening. Vasilly, was the only one to pick up the phone and let me know that he was caught in traffic. After, I received the call I didn't expect him for awhile, but he was there in no time. The other company never showed or called. He came in with an open mind and was willing to describe to me what he needed to do. I'm very visual, so you have to be ready to show me what you will be doing for what you are asking. He did what was needed as well as stayed around and allowed me to make a run to Home Depot for additional parts. He went above and beyond to assist me with the new installation. He has also stated that he would assist me with my water heater, water filtration, and gas heater installation. I took his business cards to work and will tell anyone I come in contact with looking for a good plumber about his. Vasilly, keep up the good work!
