Grace H.He never showed up. He stood me up twice. Did not appreciate that considering I had to miss work to wait for him to show up. No communication to let me know if he was coming or not. I had to message him to follow up. Bad way of doing business. Bad communication normally leads to bad work. I did not get a good impression at all. I would recommend finding someone else.
brad ..My water heater began leaking Monday night. I contacted Jim at 730 am on Tuesday. Jim said he would stop by to give me an estimate after he got back from Angola. I expected to see him within a few hours. Jim never showed up or contacted me. Neither of us can walk due to medical reasons and we really counted on Jim. If Jim can't do what he said he would do, he should have the decency to treat people right.
