I had a kitchen sink clogging crisis last night. I quickly searched a few good options on yelp and Edison got back to me around 6am this morning. After a a couple of text messages, his team was already at my door! Honestly, Jake and his teammate were just amazing! Jake was so informative and knowledgeable. After fixing the drains, they waited extra time to check if everything worked good. I had to search for the new plumber as I was not happy with our previous one. I'm so glad I did the search and found an amazing plumber! I'm definitely going back to them in the future!

The toilet in my office wouldn't stop flushing. During a pandemic I was uncertain when if ever I could get it fixed, not to mention being concerned about flooding. I called a lot of plumbers on Yelp and Vukasni is the only one that picked up immediately, gave a no nonsense quote, and agreed to have someone at my office within the hour. No sooner did I hang up than did Jake show up and fix it in a couple of minutes. He stuck around to make sure it was really fixed. There was no flooding, the toilet flushes, I paid what I was quoted, and I got back to the rest of my day.

I am really pleased with how quickly Edison and his team responded to my issue. I found them on Yelp after having a leak and sewer smell from my toilet, and they quickly jumped to action. A plumber, named Jake, was already in my borough and arrived at the 30 minute window I was given. He showed up with a mask on, was very polite, and got straight to work. He explained what the issue was, cleaned it up (thank God), and was done faster than I could type my term paper. *sigh* After a nightmare with another company, I'm happy that my stinky, leaky toilet is a thing of the past. I went to their website, filled out their form with what I needed done and a possible time they could come do it, no response. The next day I called the number on the website and got a guy who sounded like he was upset I was calling him. After I explained my problem, he asked me to hang up and text him the address, and I did. No response. A couple hours later I texted him asking if he'd be coming, and he asked me to re-explain what I needed, so I did. No response. Another couple hours later, I asked him again if he'd be able to make it and he said he would that evening. Never showed.

I want to thank them for an amazing job they did. They fixed a broken sink. Installed three sinks, two toilets and one complicated shower body in one day. Not only were they fast. They were EFFICIENT, which to me is more important. They responded to me in a few minutes after my yelp request at 8pm and texted with me until they showed up the next morning. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am actually going to call them in a few days for something new. If you want EXCELLENT customer service and work, they are who you should call.

I contacted Vuksani Plumbing around noon and they were repairing my kitchen sink at 5pm. My kitchen faucet was leaking so I was desperately looking for a plumber to fix it as I had 5 days with a nonfunctional sink. Edison was very responsive via yelp messaging which was refreshing. As you can imagine, it was and extremely stressful time for me so I was very happy when Vuksani came through. Jake came over and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. I was very pleased and knowing that they are just a call away is extremely satisfying!
