My experience with this company has been miserable. They were assigned by my warranty company to repair faulty faucets and toilet tanks (continuously filling water and moaning noise). Steve said the flappers need to be replaced which he did, but this did not fix the issue. The leak is still there. He acknowledged it but lied to the warranty company that the issue is fixed. I don't understand why? Perhaps he is incompetent in his work (does not know how to fix this) or is just money minded (doesn't think the work is worth it). He certainly doesn't care about customer service. One of the faucets he replaced leaked for 2 days which resulted in rotting of my wood cabinet. He is just rude and difficult to deal with. This is my first negative review ever, but I don't want anyone else to go through a nasty experience.
