Victor is excellent...my hero. Bathroom pedestal sink was broken away from wall. Called Victor after I bought new cabinet sink and he came same day to remove the old one and install the new one. He had questions along the way and truly listened to me.

I highly recommend Victor! On Tuesday at 5pm, I noticed a gas smell in my house and PGE came over and told me that we had several gas leaks along our main line, behind our stove, and behind our dryer. They shut down our gas and said they wouldnt be able to turn it back on until we had a plumber come and fix it all-- a nightmare for 2 working professionals who need to shower before work! I found Victor on Yelp, and called him at about 6:30pm on Tuesday night and told him what happened. He said that he had an appointment in the morning that he would try to move to accomodate me, and that he would text me within the hour with an update. True to his word, he texted me less than 30 minutes after we hung up, and said he would be at my house at 7am the next morning to fix it. He showed up on time for our appointment with his team, got straight to work, and was so communicative and informative to us (we are new homebuyers so this was all a shock). By 12pm, he had fixed over a dozen gas leaks he found in our house, got our gas back on, and we called PGE and they came back out, inspected it and gave us gold stars. Victor quite literally and figuratively saved our lives. So grateful we found him and we will definitely work with him again! Highly recommend!!

Of course plumbing problems happen on the weekend. So Saturday we tried to snake the upstairs sink clog, tried again Sunday, and finally admitted defeat. After reading other reviews, we called VRG Plumbing and left a message. Victor called back quickly, and offered to come that night. Victor was completely professional. He texted when he was leaving and estimated arrival time. Yay! Unfortunately, the problem wasn't the indoors piping but our 80-something year old exterior pipes outside the house. He advised us that he would have to return the next day with new pipe and a ladder but the job would only take one hour. The next day, Victor texted when he was leaving, and arrived promptly with another employee. True to their word, they installed new exterior pipe within an hour. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend VRG Plumbing.

Praise for Victor who came through promptly and professionally when I contacted him about a plumbing problem that had forced us to turn off the water main to our house. He arrived first thing the next morning (after keeping me apprised of his timing via text) and assessed the problem quickly. Our old plumbing required new parts which he was able to locate and replace that morning all at a fair price. Best experience I've ever had with a plumber!

Victor is as professional as it gets. He has a reliable work ethic and a deep understanding of plumbing code. He's also very honest. There was sewer smell coming from my guest bathroom, and several plumbers wanted to rip open walls and charge an arm and a leg. He started troubleshooting for simple, lower-cost solutions, and it ended up being as simple as needing a p-trap! He's very likable and a really great communicator. I look forward to working with him again, and could not recommend him more highly.

Victor went above and beyond. I had a complete plumbing job in Oakland. It was a three(3) story home with city permits.
I called two other Plumbers and once they saw the job and noticed permits had been pulled and inspections would be performed they either refused the job or one instance the bid came in 10k higher. I called Victor and he saved the job and budget.

Victor was awesome! He is very knowledgeable, and he works efficiently. He is incredibly busy, but came out the next day (on a Sunday) to help me take care of a problem at the house. He is a real professional, and he is honest. He took the time to explain how he would approach the problem -- from a simple fix that might solve the issue, to a more costly replacement of the water heater. We ended up resolving the issue with the simple fix. I would absolutely hire him again.
