Pleased overall with the quality and end result of the faucet installation. Victor jr and Walter came out whom I found to be friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Giving a rating of 3 stars because I was told a price which I assumed to be a flat rate but ended up per hour which I came to understand when time to pay up 1.5 hrs later. Pretty important detail imo especially when you're trying to pay in cash. I chose VRG because the price I was quoted was significantly less than all the other businesses I was in communication with. In the end I paid close to the same cost as the other quotes so I did not receive the savings benefit I had hoped for.

I'm renovating a bathroom and needed some plumbing work done to move water lines for a shower. Victor responded to my request on Saturday and had his guys at my place Monday morning. The were on time, knowledgeable, polite and did excellent work. I have two more bathrooms to renovate and VRG Plumbing will be who I call first!

We discovered our hot water heater had gone off for no clear reason on a Friday evening, and when I tried to re light the pilot I was getting danger alert symbols and seeing flashing/hearing noises in the pilot light area. Victor responded to my call within minutes, and was at our house with an hour- on a FRIDAY NIGHT! He was friendly, courteous and helpful, and didn't try to upset me on anything, just helped me fix the problem and even checked on the warranty date for the heater. Though I did have to pay the full hour minimum rate for a very short visit, he said he'd give me a credit in future, which I appreciated! I will definitely call Victor at VRG again next time I have a plumbing need.

We had a great experience working with Victor. He installed a leak detection device attached to our main water line, replaced our water heater, and repaired a pipe leak. He was attentive, kind and punctual. We also felt that his pricing was reasonable and work was well done. Best of all, a few days later he checked in on us to make sure the work was still satisfactory. Wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

Victor texted me back right away when I reached out to find a plumber to fix our under-sink kitchen filter installation, which my husband and I attempted to do on our own and it went awry. He was able to come by within 24 hours of my request (which wasn't an emergency, so I was quite satisfied with that response time). He showed us the problem, even explained how to remove our cabinet drawers to facilitate future plumbing issues and fixed it within one hour. Very reasonable charge for such prompt and professional service. ($130). Thank you Victor Garcia/VRG! We will be using VRG for future plumbing issues.

This should be your plumber from now on. Fast response, efficient friendly service, and reasonable prices. We had Victor out to install a new kitchen faucet and he fixed the old one and I returned the new one. Best case scenario. This service is legit and Victor is such a nice guy.

These guys were great. We realized a pipe had broken on Saturday night before Christmas and turned off our water main to limit the damage. Even though they were supposed to have Sunday off, a crew came to our rescue. They came out on Sunday to repair it, enabling us to turn our water back on during this busy time of year. They adhered to Covid protocols. and fixed the pipe quickly and for a reasonable price. They went above and beyond, and we appreciated the great service.

VRG Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend. I requested a quote through Yelp last Sunday evening and got a quick response. We chatted and I gave my phone number and they said they'd call me Monday morning. I said I was free between 9am and 11am and they confirmed by saying 'ok'. I never received a call on Monday or any other message via Yelp. I messaged them again through Yelp on Tuesday and never heard anything back. Today is Friday.
