Totally inept...they lied about their ability to have my gas turned back on from the street by ConEd. They tried to cut corners and tape with the City of Yonkers and Con Ed. Claudio was a complete mess and played around with the lives of my family. I wasted 6 months with this unprofessional company.

Called for an estimate, they came as scheduled , but never responded with an estimate. When I called a few days later, they said they're working on it and someone would get back to me , no one ever called me back. I called a second time a couple of days
later, And again, I was told someone would get right back to me. Still, nobody has ever responded. So I wasted nearly two weeks thinking this was a professional company. If they didn't want the job, they could have said they were not interested, but instead, chose to give me the brush off and making me think they were interested in the job and would get back to me. Very unprofessional!

After the seller authorized the inspection on my behalf of the buyers, I coordinated the appropriate time to work with the plumber and electrician simultaneously.

Called for an emergency leak.. said they were 24 hr. service , they gave me a 3hr window.. when no one showed I called only to be told no one was coming! Didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! Totally unreliable with no customer service!! If I could give no stars I would!

I learned of Vasi's plumbing via home advisor. I had a leaky faucet that needed repair. I was able to contain it so it was not an emergency but needed to be attended to before the weather started getting very cold; this was late November. They had someone over the next day; a tech named Dave who was great. It was raining very hard and the faucet was under a deck with little work space and a lot of mud. Job was done efficiently and he was able to detach the hose that seemed like it was mounted on with cement (my exaggeration). He made some viable recommendations.
