My indirect water heater got an internal leak, causing the boiler relief valve to open dumping water. Due to the age of the system, I decided to replace it all. Vinnie sent Ryan the next day and gave an estimate. The whole system was expertly replaced, with top quality components, in one day, a few days later. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend VP Plumbing.

Vinny, the owner, responded in a timely manner to both of my initial emails about the job, which was to remove a four-hole kitchen faucet and to replace it with a new one that I already had. VP Plumbing was recommended by my cousin who lives behind me. I had a leak in the upstairs bath which he fixed for a very reasonable cost. I asked him if he would look at my gas wall hung Baxi heating system which never worked properly from the day it was installed. (I had the original installer back four times without getting satisfaction.) Vinny spent close to two hours searching for the problem and said he'd get back to me after researching the unit. He did not charge me for the time spent troubleshooting. He called a day later and said parts were no longer available.

I agreed to have him install a new,energy efficient unit that had an energy rebate. I'm very happy with the new unit which needs little or no servicing. Best of all, I no have reliable hot water for the first time in six years- every time I turn on the hot water tap!

Vinny impressed me with his professionalism and patience with my many questions. I've recommended him to others. No regrets.
