Thank you Thomas. I called to get an estimate to repair or replace the water heater at my parent's house. Help arrived within a few hours. Thomas provided an estimate that was 1,000.00 less than a company that advertised on TV and was extremely patient in explaining and re-explaining everything to my parents so that they were comfortable everything.
