They came out to move our garbage disposal, which seemed like an easy project, but thanks to our old house with multiple issues, ended up being a whole debacle. Never once did they complain about the extra time and effort, even after they had to drive to multiple stores to find the extra parts my sink required. The fixed everything up so it works perfectly, they didn't gouge me for all the extra work, and they did it all with a smile.

When my sump pump failed and my basement began to flood, Votaw Pumbing LLC came to fix it. These boys are price gougers, i.e., I knew they'd inflate their fee, because the first thing the one guy says after he got out of the truck was ""This is a really nice neighborhood.""

Also--While they were replacing my sump pump, they got another emergency call from someone with a flooded basement in need of a drain rodding. The Votaw boys had a BIG laugh about how they were going to charge him $289 just to load the equipment and pull out of their driveway.

Votaw charged me $525 to replace a sump pump on a weekday night between 6:20 and 7:40 pm or 1 hr & 20 min labor. (Two guys showed up but one did all the work while the other watched.) I have since called other area plumbers and learned I should have been charged between $300 and $375.

These boys aren't exactly Albert Einstein either. While installing my new sump pump, the one guy let the plug fall into the standing water on the basement floor. When I pointed out that he'd short out my electricity if he plugged it in wet, he ignored me and left the plug in the water. So, I picked up the plug and dried it off.

Call Votaw Plumbing LLC if you want to be ripped off by a couple of dummies.

Wade, Roger and Ryan all did an outstanding job on our very challenging bathroom projects!! I am so pleased with the end result and couldn't be happier.
Sub contractor Mark Chamberlain did an excellent job on my tile and finish drywall!! Also Painter Andy Owen expertly finished off the paint for a completed project!! We will be using them for future remodeling projects. I highly recommend Votaw Plumbing!! Thanks guys for a fabulous end result.

I called on a Monday morning around 9:45 about our backed up main sewer line, someone was out and working on it by 10:15 and was gone by 11:15! Extremely friendly and fast, highly recommend! We will be calling them in the future for our bathroom remodel.
