Vossler was hired to do work for gas pipe test. During the work they found a dangerous issue that required an electrician. Vossler employee contacted an electrical company that they use to come out and do repairs. We discussed using our electrician but Vossler employee stated theirs would be faster and he had already contacted them. I ask how much the electrician would charge and he stated that Vossler would handle that. Several weeks after paying a high invoice from Vossler, we get a certified letter from the electric company stating they had not been paid. I emailed Vossler to see if they were going to do the right thing and pay the contractor that they hired. Their response was that it was my responsibility. They hired them and no one ever told me I was going to be responsible for a separate invoice. Vossler did not do the right thing at all. I am very disappointed. The electric contractor is caught in the middle. The invoice is clearly in Vossler's name and is their responsibility. I will likely try and work something out with the electric company, it certainly is not their fault. Not trustworthy, poor communication, unacceptable business practices, poor management.

Terribly OVER priced and dishonest. Showed up after i canceled and wanted to look what they first plumber had done. I said well ok. He left and charged me for an hour and a half and trip charges. Shocking since I followed their instructions for canceling!

I had first scheduled an appointment for 8/20 Friday and they called Friday morning to cancel, rescheduled for Monday 8/23 and I got a call the tech was covered in mud and couldn't come, Tuesday 8/24 after my allotted time I got a call that they were running behind. This was upsetting however I knew someone that worked with this company before. Ricardo Teran showed up and was extremely rude and unprofessional! He told me the sink I wanted put it would not work or cost me too much. He barely looked at the area and then explained that I had to pay him $89 for him to show up today! That was never explained to me when I spoke to the receptionist and Ricardo was here for less than 5 minutes because in my opinion he did not want to do the job before he showed up! I am extremely disappointed in this company and I will be sure to tell my friend that recommended them to me never to use them again!

Excellent Service & Results

Meticulous work and clean, beautiful results. I am VERY HAPPY! It's never fun to have plumbing issues, but it's really nice to know there are competent, reliable folks ready to help when you need it. I'm very happy I called Vossler.
