Russell did a great and thorough job snaking two clogged lines. Not in a rush to move on, but made sure problems were solved. And cleaned up the areas well after finished, not something all plumbers want to stop and do. Charges by the hr plus parts required. We will use him again if ever necessary.

We had a cold slab leak in our condo and Paul with Vortex Plumbing went above and beyond to fix it. He had to drain water heater and remove it to get to the manifold and put it back. He has great knowledge and expertise and did the job right!!! We are extremely happy!!!

Paul from Vortex came out on New Year's Day to fix a broken pipe that was spraying all over. He was very personable and did a fantastic job, with a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company!

Called the day before to schedule a garbage disposal installation and was quoted $117/hour for labor + a charge of $25 for the first hour. The lady said that these jobs typically take an hour, so I quickly calculated that this should cost about $140 ($120 after the mailer coupon), sounds good!

The plumber arrived the next day, did a pretty good job (although some time was wasted going back and forth several times trying to find the correct part size), but finished the job in 1 hour 7 min despite the back and forth. He was also very pleasant, which is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. However, when he came back with a $200 bill 15 min later, I questioned where the discrepancy was. It turns out that they start the clock as soon as they arrive on your driveway, and the 15 minutes it takes to write up the bill is also charged at $117/hour.

I called their office and expressed that I should only be billed for the time spent on the plumbing job, the driveway and admin/paperwork time should definitely not be on my dime, especially not at $117/hour. The moron over the phone had the audacity to say ""Well maybe you he was at your door for 20 minutes waiting for you to open the door"". No buddy, this wasn't the case and I have videos to prove that I answered the door in under 15 seconds. He then said ""Bro, if you wanna be so cheap about it, go ahead it's fine."" YOU'RE trying to charge your customers 40% more than the quoted price through shady business practices, yet I'M the cheap one? Riigggghhhht. Here's a free tip: why don't you be more transparent about pricing and stop trying to nickel and dime your customers, asshole!

I was planning to hire them to replace my water heater because the plumber was very friendly, but after experiencing such unprofessional behavior from their management, I will never use this shady company again. There are lots of other good companies out there. Buyers beware!

I called Vortex Plumbing as my usual plumbing company was unable to come clear a clog for a couple of days and recommended I try Vortex Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day. I received a courtesy call from them informing me the plumber was running behind and wanted to make sure I was ok waiting a little longer. The plumber arrived and quickly got to work clearing the clogged drain. He ran a long snake down the drain three times to make sure he got all the crud out of the pipe. Once he was satisfied that the drain was clear, he cleaned up the tub and suggested trying a drain hair catcher to prevent the problem from happening again. He was very polite and courteous throughout his time in my home.

Vortex Plumbing has a new satisfied customer. They were recommended by another plumbing company, provided excellent customer service, and has courteous and thorough employees. I will be calling them the next time I need a plumber. Thank you Vortex Plumbing!

Wow, what a pleasant experience. We wanted to have all of our drains and main line snaked due to some odor and recent slow drainage. I just don't have a lot of faith in commercial drain cleaners. Paul arrived 15 minutes early. He is one of the friendliest technicians from any business that we have ever met. He assessed the situation and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took great effort to make sure he didn't make a mess, wiping everything down when he finished. Glad we decided to snake the drains. He hit some roots on the main line about 90' out but his machine was able to cut through them. A real plus is that the company charges by the hour. I've had some companies tell me they have a ""special"" but I found that it is only for the first drain and each additional drain is billed separately. I had 6 drains and the main snaked and was very pleased with the cost. And no, Paul did not work slower for the hourly charge. He never slowed down. He even went under the home to check for any signs of leakage. Vortex is now my go-to for any plumbing needs.

We have lived in Rancho Cucamonga since 1978 and have used many plumbers thru the years. We have a few unfortunate stories.
Vortex Plumbing in Chino was recommended to us and we have been using them for a few years now. Vortex is a family owned operated company. The Vortex Plumbers are not working on commission, they fix what needs to be fixed and that's it. They do not push unneeded work.
We have always been satisfied with their plumbing work, recently having a difficult toilet problem.
The owner Eric came out and fixed the mystery problem.
We will never use any plumbing company other then Vortex

Love Fourtex plumbing showed up within an hour and a half very friendly plumber he was awesome! Fair price great service super friendly super efficient went down and picked up the part we needed for us came right back and installed it. Do you need for me to go to these guys are the best!
