Great customer service. Came out within a day to resolve a problem that the installing company didn't fix on a unit only 7 years old. While the unit was working when the tech left, within a few hours it stoped working again. When I called (late Saturday afternoon) they set an appointment for the following Monday. It was a quick, and hopefully permanent fix. I will definitely use them again. They stand behind their work.

OMG! Dustin the owner came to my home and gave me a few quotes so I could compare them apples to oranges! They were straight up with me and did not beat around the bush and I decided to go with them because they saved me thousands of dollars for a new heat pump and a/c system in my home. They are fair and honest and very personable and will tell you straight up how much and how long it will take to do the job. I highly recommend this company when replacing your heating and cooling systems! Thank guys you're sooo AMAZING

We came back from vacation and the upstairs unit was not working in the middle of July. I called at like 10:30 at night and Dustin answered and set up an appointment for next day. Gabriel came out on time as scheduled and the problem was fixed. It has been almost 100 degrees, and we don't know what we would have done without them. We have two kids and four dogs. Great customer service all around! Whitney scheduled a same day diagnostic, which Dustin performed 4 hours later. Dustin detailed options and I went with a new AC/furnace system. 3 days later, Larry and Daniel installed my new AC/furnace system just in time for summer. This company sucks! They are always on time in getting payment from your bank but when it is time for the service scheduled appointment, it's either they are hours late or they will not show up at all! I do not recommend this company to anyone at all! Find a better company that will value your time and do keep their words, pretty sure there's a lot out there!
