I cannot recommend this place enough! A previous pro had come to the house and recommended a new AC compressor and an over two week wait to get it fixed. This pro arrived and realized a switch was off! The issue was fixed in 10 minutes! Efficient, capable, and mostly honest!

After fighting with my home warranty people for over a month I finally got feed up waiting on them so I started requested quotes from different heating and cooling companies. R&R responded very quickly to my request. After some confusion on my end Dustin called me himself and was able to explain everything and was willing to come out same day and look at my AC. He was able to diagnose my problem and quickly fix it for much cheaper than other companies quoted me. He was very professional and answered every question I had. Dustin quickly responded to our AC going down this past week. Found that our copper lineset had been punctured during backyard renovations and sent his 5star technician Andy out to open up the wall in our master bedroom to access the line and solder the damaged line. AC humming along now before the blistering Inland heat hits, and R&R got us up and running again! Thank you R&R!

They are very knowledgeable and they fixed what needed to be fixed. Chandler was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and fixed the issue. After sixteen years of renting my home I was getting ready to move back in my home and luck would have it the air conditioning conked out. Dustin the owner made it point to come out himself as his team was swamped.

He tested the a/c diagnosed the problem and game me the options.

I chose the best option for me and Dustin and his team kept me appraised of the progress throughout the project and kept to the schedule they promised.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Dustin came out to fix our AC unit early July we paid over $1,800.00 to get the AC unit fixed. He guaranteed us the work! Well the AC stopped working again early August. I called to schedule an appointment for Monday 8/5/2022 at 12:00pm at 12:50PM, I called to find out where the technician was. Meagan said they have a 2 hour window that I was NEVER INFORMED about. Meagan said should would get back to me with an ETA. I received a vague text msg at 1:16PM stating someone will msg me once they are on their way, I then explained that I hd to leave at 2:15 to pick up my kids from school and again she said she would get back to me. HOURS WENT on no call/text/email. At 5:30PM I get a text stating a tech is in route then immediately after i receive a phone call with a male stating he's at my home! I said no one is home , Meagan was supposed to get back to me with an ETA and just a minute ago I received a msg saying you were in route and no one is home. So long story short, we hd to reschedule. Meagan said she could not accommodate me even though it was THEIR fault for not mentioning the 2 hour window in addition to getting back to me. We rescheduled for Friday 8/12/2022 at 12:30PM. Tell me why Meagan called me literally at 12:25PM Friday the day of my scheduled appt. saying our technician scheduled to come out to your home CALLED OUT THIS MORNING so we can reschedule you for NEXT TUESDAY!!!! WTF I had to pack up and leave for an entire week because my house is 86-98 degrees day and night with all the fans running. And she hd the audacity to TELL ME they will reschedule me NEXT TUESDAY. I asked to speak with the office manager and she giggled and said ""I am the office manager"". I then asked for the owner and she said she was not sure if he could talk but she would pass along a message but was uncertain if he would call me back because he is BUSY!!! Dustin the original technician text me saying he'd come out. He came out and changed everything he initially told me and said that we needed to pay an additional $5,195 for a condenser and coil! So basically we paid $1,800 + for our AC to work just shy of 2 months and to top it off deal with folks that have zero customer service and did not offer ANY SORT OF DISCOUNT for shotty work back in July or for the horrible communication for this service call!!!

AC unit went out in the middle of summer , gave them a call came out and gave me a quote , price was reasonable and got a discount for been a first responder employee , came out ASAP to do work changed the evaporated coil , after 4 hours we were back to having a cool temperature house , they were very friendly and Megan was amazing helping out arranging installation, Thank you guys
