I hired Von for two projects in 2022 and was impressed with his attention to detail, honesty, the quality of his work, and fair pricing. Last weekend our water heater quit and I texted Von. I have used Steve at Von's Plumbing and he always solved my plumbing issues. Today was another success when my water from the laundry keeps backing up to the Laundry sinks as well as the kitchen sink. Steve for it runs normal again by cleaning the drain connecting with the sewers. It was the build up in the pipe that leads to slow drain to the sewers. He always fixed my shower head which was slower than the other shower. He is responsible, efficient and knowledgeable. His pricing is fair. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Von has helped my family several times over the past years.

This last week he diagnosed our property and fixed a massive failure within hours!

Got a notice from the city that we had a ""leak"" and they suspected it was from the pool. We had 7 days before they were going to report our water waste. Thanks to Von, this got resolved and we learned what the heck was going on + why our water bill was so high.

Turns out an old inoperable water soften unit had an overflow valve open, feeding straight into a drain! This was all hidden from plain view but with his specialized equipment, he could read the meter and pinpoint the flow. This old house has had many addons over the years and Von took the time to unravel the mess.

Can't say enough good things about his operation and how much he's saved us... Past and now future $$$

Did a gas valve replacement on a Rheem water heater that was 5 years old. Von's would not warranty their work, or provide me with the old part, or paperwork proving the purchase of a new valve. Rheem would have pro-rated the new valve if I could prove it was purchased. Von's was non-responsive to emails or texts requesting follow up. I paid them $689 in January 2022 and the new part is going bad again, less than 4 months after the work.

While I understand parts and machines fail, I don't understand this low level of customer care.

Von helped me on the same day I called him. He had the best price out of any others that I called. He fixed my problem immediately, which was a toilet blockage. My husband had already tried to use an auger but ours did not work, his did. He was clean, professional and made me feel comfortable with him in my home. I would recommend Von!
