Where do I begin? I had an emergency at one of my rentals the shower was clogged and the water wasn't going down. I called a plumber he came in and gave me an estimate for about $12,000 yes 12,000 I thought wait what! To fix a shower?
I wasn't doing a remodel all I wanted was to have a shower unclogged.
I decided that was too expensive so I went and called another plumber he then came looked at the shower didn't assess and didn't go underneath the house to see what the problem might be or even try to put a rotor to unclog it. He told me that it was going to be $3200 without even properly assessing the problem I had to ask him to go under the house to make sure if indeed what he said the problem was really existed. The plumber left I told him that I would give them a call back tomorrow. I found Vons through a good friend of my son who happens to be a contractor and told me he was honest and would not try to upsell me. Von came assessed the problem brought his little rotor machine and worked on it found the problem to be clogged hair he then went under the house and found a small problem but said it wouldn't be an emergency that I could wait and when I did decide to fix it it would be a couple of hundred dollars. What a big difference having Vons Plumbing here he was very professional he cleaned up after himself fix the problem for $100!!!! I am so thankful to have found him he is very genuine honest and isn't going to upsell you on something that doesn't need to be fixed.
I am so happy to give him a five star review and even more he honestly saved me thousands of dollars I truly believe when people see a woman they think they can get over on us well that other plumbing company didn't get over on me at the end of the day I won!
I got the shower fixed cleaned unclogged and now have a new plumber that will be using for all my plumbing in my home and properties.
I will definitely refer him to family and friends!

Highly, highly recommend!!! Von was very nice and personable. He was respectful of our home. He came in wearing a mask and cleaned up after he finished unclogging our shower. He found the problem right away and educated us on the issue. Great price too.

My washing-machine drain began belching a little again, nothing urgent. Von's truck has been visible locally so I looked the name up and noted over a dozen 5-star reviews, none less. His estimated price was generally agreeable, my wife suspecting another ""slow"" drain. While here, Von explained how our house drains are laid out differently than I'd guess, and he also listened to my wife's thought of maybe a kitchen remodel that would relocate the sink and disposal: ""a bad idea,"" and he explained why.
The problem drain is fine again, and Von held to his quote. A-OK.

We had Von come and change out two valves in our laundry room that were leaking. After getting several quotes he was one of the most affordable plumbers we reached out to. When he arrived he could've up sold us on a few things but only did the work we ask him to without pressure. He was polite clean and on time. He even helped hook up our gas line at no additional charge very friendly guy. Will absolutely be calling him again when we do our bathroom remodel.

I wanted to say how great my experience was working with Von. He responded right away, text me when he was on his way. I was quoted $606.00 to replace the cartridge in my shower and he switched it out for $137.00. I even had him return to install a new toilet for us a few days later. Very polite and clean. I have found my go to plumber.

It was a Saturday afternoon and all of a sudden I hear the toilet down stairs start making noise, the shower upstairs was draining out of the toilet downstairs, I quickly turned off the water valve and cleaned up the mess. I called my home warranty company and someone finally showed up Monday afternoon, the guy was nice and did what he could but stated it required my toilet to be removed and larger equipment. I quickly did some research and requested a quote. Von was the first to respond with a quote and a timeline.
