We are so appreciative that the Vona family is in our community. Anytime we have called for emergency or planned renovations, John responds in a timely respectful manner. This past weekend our kitchen sink plugged So we left John a voicemail to call us Monday morning
Fred Vona was at our house at noon and fixed the pipes. Thank you Vona for providing courteous and excellent service- always!

Quick Response, Great Service

Original water heater that came with the house began leaking from the top late at night. Called Vona Plumbing the next morning and had a new AO Smith heater installed and setup by late afternoon. Staff was courteous of the house making sure to lay down cloths to prevent stains on the carpet, made sure to clearly explain and demonstrate use of the heater, and provided additional suggestions for future improvements to existing pipes and lines to prevent necessary repairs down the road. I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend for emergency water heater repair and for their prompt timing, good communication, and thorough approach.

Called to have a simple laundry sink installed, took several phone calls back and forth just to get the appointment time scheduled. Kept losing our information and played phone tag for almost a week. When the day came the office called and told me they would have to reschedule due to an employee issue. Then out of the blue the plumber shows up with almost no warning after they said they would need to reschedule. After all was said and done, the sink was installed and it works properly. I was surprised when the plumber (Paul) told me that he didn't have a piece of two by four to affix the copper pipe to wall. He suggested I could do that myself. The worst part of the whole thing was he charged me double what I had expected! $300 for running an existing supply and drain line to a sink that they didn't provide. Another plumber quoted me after the fact it shouldn't have cost more that $160. Overall not impressed, and way too expensive. The company and customer service has definitely gone down hill since my parents used to contract with them 10 years ago.
