We recently noticed that some our faucets were dripping which gave us a clue that something was wrong. I purchased a water pressure gage and sure enough our pressure was around 90 psi and it had been running about 60 psi for the past 10 to 15 years. We started getting estimates to replace our old water pressure valve and shut off valve. I sent an email to Von Wiley Plumbing and within minutes we received a quote that was very reasonable. I asked how soon they could do the job and they emailed back how about tomorrow. The next day the technician Sam called and said he would be here at 11:30 am to do the repair. At 11:25 Sam arrived and had the system replaced in about an hour. He was very professional and did a super job.

(YOU MUST READ THIS!) I just want EVERYONE that is looking for a water jetting service that if you need anything more than a regular small household drain/line cleared DO (NOT) USE This Company. This is why! I had a MAIN 4"" sewer line backup due to roots and was in need of a REAL Water Jetting Service Equipped to handle a issue of that kind/Big! Water Jetting Hose's made to do Jobs the could if not would require special Jetting tips that are made for LARGE line NOT Small Household line like you would see under your sink! In my case I had a Long over 100"" Main line that had a issue And This Co. Or I should Say KEN Von Wiley the owner told me that he could CLEAR THE MAIN LINE!!!! With his water jet setup. His TECHNICIAN showed up with a VERY SMALL line about the diameter of a extension cord wrapped on a Regular small Orange Extension cord holder just like what you would buy at Home Depot! that was 100' long and some larger hose on a real on the truck for more length. The small line did make a very SMALL hole through the roots allowing waste to flow! I had a friend come over and sent a camera down the drain only to find a SMALL hole in the roots that would plug up very Quick. I was told what need to be done and what type of water jetting head would be needed in order to do the job correctly. I called Ken who by the way gave me a NO WARRANTY on the job he did. to ask him If for a bit more money would he be willing to come out with a (WARTHOG) Jetting head and cut through the roots. He Told me He did not have a Warthog and that he had a friend that would come out for $600+ and do the job.I had A PROFESSIONAL WATER JETTING CO. come out and Water jetting is ALL This CO. does. I showed him the picture and told him what happened he had ( 5 ) different size jetting lines and I pointed out the hose that VON WILEY used and he told me that that hose was for SMALL lines Within the House From roof to sinks, etc! Ken knew that he was taking me for a ride because I explained in Detail my Issue and he SCREWED Me for $250.00 to make a Small Hole that Allowed the waste to flow for a Short Time. I'm sure if you call him and mention this Review he will have some totally B.S. Answer for you.

Von Wiley Plumbing has came through and saved the day for our family on multiple occasions now.

Most recently it was a clogged toilet in our guest bedroom. We have very delicate plumbing in our house and I realized the guest bathroom was clogged only a few hours before we were having family arrive to stay with us for my daughters graduation. There is nothing more embarrassing than having company discover a clogged toilet.

I called Von Wiley Plumbing and explained my predicament and they were able to divert a plumber to me who arrived in about 20 minutes. He had the clog all fixed within 10 minutes, no hassle or headaches. Thanks again!

I finally found an honest plumber. I called to get an estimate and possibly conduct repairs for our leaking A/C unit. I was lucky enough to have Kevin dispatched to look over both my requests. The most important feedback I could say was Kevin was completely direct and honest.

Since I purchased my condo in September I have had four plumbers in my home. Kevin is the first one I would call. He gave me a very fair price and the best part about it is he worked hard during his one hour of service. I didn't have to babysit him like I have to most contractors. He had to do some dirty work to get my lines flushed from all the rust buildup and kept at it hard until it was fixed.

He went above and beyond to ensure the pipe was completely clean out and that was the end of my A/C unit leak. He also thoroughly explained the issue. When he pulled out the major thick rust in my pipes I couldn't believe what a deal I received.

I am so glad I hired them instead of dealing with my scamming house insurance who was trying to charge me the same amount just to show up. In conclusion my search is over and next time I will be calling Kevin, which in my case may be sooner than I would like.
