Initial communication is super. After finished the first part of the job, and telling me he is going to get the other parts, then became unresponsive. Very unprofessional. It wasted me two days waiting for him to respond. Be courteous to your client and just say you won't do it when you can't.

Update:
Lied about I wanted to pay him $75 only. He quoted $275 total for several repairs flat rate. I did offer him $50 extra for waiting time. He asked for $200 after I paid for the material, which I paid instantly. Then he claimed AFTER i posted the review saying he is waiting for an extra of $50. I thought $50 included in that $200 because the total original was $275 only flat, and he only finished one part of the job, and there are other remaining.

Regardless what Mr. Burton is claiming, the fact is he is terrible at communicating the truth. You should not say "I am sorry Sean, I will come on Monday" if you did not plan to continue the job. Whatever you were not happy with, just say it out like a gentleman. I compensated you properly and have no regret. My other quote was only $100 for replacing the toilet, and I paid you $200, double the other quote, still gave you two days to follow up the job AFTER you apologized for not responding, then changed your mind and dropped the ball.

Dropping the ball is totally okay, just say: "Sorry, i won't be able to help you", instead you are hiding behind your phone just ignoring the message, and chose to respond after posting the review.

Bottom Line for customers:
Be prepared to waste your time to start a project with him, because if he changed his mind, he will blaim it on you, and leave you hanging dry and high...

I highly recommend hiring Rob for all your handy man needs. He is knowledgeable, always on time, a great communicator and has very reasonable prices. Our fridge broke on Sunday night - I sent him a message and he responded the same night and got us scheduled in for the next day. He was extremely helpful and even came back the next day to work on the fridge again. Rob really know's what he is doing and doesn't charge crazy amounts for doing the job like most others do. I will be recommending Rob and this company to all my friends and family.
