I was referred to Volpe Plumbing & Heating through a friend who had them do work on their house. I was in a pickle due to new appliances coming in and the installers gave us misinformation that sent us to doing extra work and rescheduling the project. It was an inconvenience beyond belief. I had called Marc Volpe and left a little info on his voicemail sharing the predicament and he was quick to call, get us immediately on his schedule that day even though he had other projects. He and his crew were very courteous and thoughtful, well mannered, informative and educational. I felt automatic trust with him from on the phone and then more so in person. The one silver lining in this mess that I had with Home Depot's installers is that I found a forever contractor in Volpe!
