Hello watch out for this plumber he charges you for every minute from the time he leaves the shop to when he gets back, I had a sink drain snaked, he only snaked back a few feet, reattached the drain and it was still plugged, he tried again, still plugged, tried a plunger and that freed the jamb, he charged me $175. For what should have been a 20 minute job, he also charges you for a tool charge, for the tools he uses, nobody does this. WARNING STAY AWAY Thanks Jim

I have used Vollmer Plumbing for the last 6 years for various needs. They did a complete overhaul on my upstairs bathroom at my old house replacing two rusted up drains, and swapping the toilet to the other side of the bathroom for more space. They fixed the toilet stack as well.

Anyways, I have a new house now in the next town over and they came in and they resealed an old upstairs shower and replaced the drains and fixtures for the downstairs tub. I have never had an issue after they have left and talking to them when they come in to work is actually a nice conversation compared to other companies that I have worked with.

I'm now doing a complete remodel of both my current bathrooms in March 2021 and they are scheduled to start next week. I know the work will be high quality at a decent price and I will continue to use them in the future.

Very disappointed to say the least. I timed the workers always because that's how they bill. Worker was here working on one drain that needed to be snaked. All other drains worked fine. Took him 45 min at best. Bill stated 1hr 45 minutes for $175.
Worker was nice chit chatted about being his girlfriends caregiver. I did not like having to pay for chit chat. I would of paid on the spot but the worker couldn't tell me how much. BUYER beware pack up the worker and send him on his way. Be sure to write actual work time and both sign and each get a copy. Our word against theirs.
