Founded in March 2024, Volksheim Home Improvement is built on a foundation of respect for our clients and their satisfaction. After encountering many contractors who overlooked customer needs, I decided to create my own business. From the outset, I vowed to stand apart, and I insist that all team members align with this commitment. We focus on our customers first, making sure their preferences drive our operations.

This promise has been steadfast, and we will persist in prioritizing our customers, communicating our progress, and aligning our efforts with their expectations. When I started this company, my main goal was to be a different kind of contractor than those I had encountered. Many contractors were intrusive, self-serving, and disregarded customer opinions. I appreciate working alongside my clients; their thoughts on budget and design matter greatly, and ensuring their satisfaction is our priority. I’m happy to answer questions or clarify the process; if something isn’t feasible, I’ll explain why and we can explore alternatives.

Our secondary goal is quality; I strive for our projects to be impressive and built to last. This is why we offer warranties of up to 5 years on major projects and a minimum of 90 days on smaller jobs, including free repairs for any installation problems.
