Founded in March 2024, Volksheim Home Improvement is built on a foundation of respect for our clients and their satisfaction. After encountering many contractors who overlooked customer needs, I decided to create my own business. From the outset, I vowed to stand apart, and I insist that all team members align with this commitment. We place our customers at the center of everything we do, ensuring their needs guide our operations.

This dedication has remained constant, and we will keep prioritizing our customers, updating them on our progress, and aligning our actions with their wishes. My primary aim in founding this company was to be a contractor unlike those I had previously worked with. Too many were imposing, selfish, and insensitive to client feedback. I appreciate working alongside my clients; their thoughts on budget and design matter greatly, and ensuring their satisfaction is our priority. I don’t hesitate to answer questions or explain our methods; if something isn’t possible, I’ll share the reasons and we can find a workaround.

Quality is our second priority; I aim for our projects to be exceptional in appearance and longevity. That’s why we provide up to a 5-year warranty on major projects and at least 90 days for smaller ones, along with free repairs for any installation issues.
