Vlad did a great job. Very reasonable all inclusive price and quick to respond. There is no reason to go to a big home improvement store, buy your water heater then get delivery and call a plumber. Vlad did it all. He responds very quickly. He will likely be first. Go ahead and get some other quotes but he will be hard to beat. Very professional and expedient installation. 5 stars because that's the limit.

Early on the morning of 1/27/2018 I was leaving the house on my way to a group run. As soon as I entered the garage, I realized my plans for the day were cancelled. My hot Water had failed and water was pouring across the garage floor. I turned off the gas and water and then went inside to get a half dozen ""emergency"" quotes for a replacement.

Vladimir at VLN Water Heaters responded in minutes with a helpful and competitive quote and indicated he could be over in 30 minutes to start the repair process. True to his word, he arrived quickly, worked competently and with great attention to detail. Due to the large amount of water in the garage, I also had some water damage to deal with and Vladimir connected me with other contractors I needed, to get the affected area cleaned out and dried so the damaged drywall could be replaced and area repainted. During this time, Vladimir mounted the water heater on the floor of the garage, away from the area under repair, so I had hot water throughout. In retrospect, my downtime was limited to a few hours and during this time Vladimir was working to get my hot water back in place. No one, no one could have done any better. Very happy with his work and with his approach to the entire job.

Vladimir is a consummate professional, a great communicator, with a positive attitude and very reasonable prices. I won't hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues and I recommend him without hesitation.

This was my first time calling VLN Water Heaters and I'm glad I did. Our water heater stopped working and we tried multiple times to light the pilot, but it just wouldn't light. So I called and Vladimir picked up and I asked if he was available. He gave me an estimated time on when he could arrive based on my location and arrived sooner. Once he arrived, he got straight to accessing the problem and started work on the issue. Success! Everything is working fine now. Excellent work and pretty fast too. Vladimir is the BEST plumber you will find in San Diego. Not only is he outstanding at his work, he's a wonderful person. He has helped us with several plumbing issues from serious tree roots in our sewer line to broken sinks and toilets. He's always on time, courteous, professional and reasonable. The best. Because Vladimir did such a great job replacing my water heater, I called him for some general plumbing work. He replaced and installed a garbage disposal, installed new fixtures for our kitchen sink and showers. He also replaced the backyard hose spigot. Vladimir's work was top notch.
