Given the current situation of social distancing and quarantine, Vladimir was easy to work with. Came by within 30 minutes of reaching out on a Sunday night, had on a mask and gloves, let me know what to do/who to call since my water heater was still within warranty.

As soon as I got my warranty information, he picked up my broken water heater and exchanged it for the new one and was back within 45 minutes. Install was quick and easy, and 30 minutes after he left I had hot water again.

Look no further for the best service in San Diego! Vladimir will take the time and explain from start to finish what needs to be done. He's honest, trustworthy and really takes pride in his work. We've had several issues with our rental properties that are older, craftsman style homes with cast iron plumbing. Vladimir always finds a solution, and it's such a relief to know he's just a phone call away!!!
