I had a small pipe leak that needed to be fixed fast. They were available to come out within the hour of me contacting them, and they fixed the issue pretty quickly for a reasonable price!

The company is going under the name Eagle Eye Plumbing on Angi these days. They were hired to clear a clog that formed after they installed a low quality garbage disposal that they sold me. Without even providing an estimate they started """"working"""" to try and clear it. The snake they used didn't have a head on it which is required when clearing clogs. They then climbed on the roof to run the snake through the main line vent. They stood on the wrong part of the roof (about 15 feet away from where the vent is) for over an hour before saying they couldn't find the clog and would have to come back the next day with a camera. Samuel then disappeared in to the truck and when he came back he said """"my boss sent an invoice to you."""" They charged me $400 that day and the clog was still there. The next day someone else came out to run a camera down the main line. This person knew which one was the main immediately and was done in about 40 minutes. I found out that they sub-contracted that work and hired another company to do that for them. This was apparent when the guy waited around and said he needed to collect the check from me. I had no idea what he meant since I didn't have any bill for this, but then Samuel called and said it was $500 for the camera, and I could pay the camera guy directly. So again, no estimate, no discussion of anything and this guy needed to be paid. I asked for the video that I just paid for, and Samuel sent pictures. I demanded the video since I paid for it, and he finally sent it. After getting it he said they couldn't come back that day but they could come back in a few days because they needed to open up my kitchen floor to repair a crack in the pipe that was causing the problem. I called another plumber who came out right away. He took a look at the clogged sink, and in 10 minutes using a hand snake found the clog and busted through it. I showed him the footage of what was captured on the camera and he said """"yeah it looks like there is a small crack but it didn't have anything to do with this problem. He said while the crack should be repaired at some point, given how smooth everything is still going through the main line he said he wouldn't dig anything up at this point. His recommendation was to save some money first, and know that the kitchen will need to be out of comission for a few days when we decide to get that done, but given what is seen in the video it is not urgent. When I asked Vleyz why they were running up the bill on me they told me that they had done an amazing job and that they doubted the plumber had cleared the clog. Samuel will always tell you that """"my boss"""" makes the cost, and """"my boss says I need to charge for this"""".. he will blame everything on """"his boss""""... who doesn't exist. He will never let you talk to """"his boss"""" he will never give you the phone number for """"his boss"""" when """"his boss"""" is going to send an invoice, he will disappear and send a quick and sloppy invoice from his phone to you. When he goes to talk to """"his boss"""" he will leave the house, and if you head out side he will disappear into his van to make sure that you are not near him before he comes back out with what """"his boss"""" had to say. These are scammers. They cannot be trusted, they should not be trusted, and while they show up, they will charge you as much as they can and keep charging to do things that are unnecessary. A problem that could have been fixed in 10 minutes and $100 cost me 2 days of stress and nearly $1000. Save yourself, save your sanity, stay the hell away from these clowns. Look at all the other 1 star reviews and if you let them into your house they will try to scam you.

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM! BIDET NIGHTMARE: I called them to have a faucet and bidet installed, as per Angie List. They responded right away. The bidet water valve was broken during installation. Three to four inches of water floaded the bathroom up to living room because the main water line to the condo had NOT been turned off before installation. They charged $40 a piece for two new water valves ($8.41 on Home Depo) plus labor for an additional $222.41 on top of the $500. According to the valve specifications PDF, the valves used were only for copper pipes and not recommended for PVC pipes like mine. FAUCET NIGHTMARE: After using an electric saw to remove the old faucet: a) the hot and cold water faucet knob turned inward in the incorrect direction; b) the stopper was disconnected c) they had no water line connectors of any kind, so they used the old one and d) the water valves at sink leaked all night! The next day, another contractor had to be contacted right away to correct these errors.

This is probably a scam and perhaps this company doesnt exist or they were banned from yelp and re opened with a new account. 1) they couldn't provide license/ insurance to the condo even though they said they had it , they wanted to the work without providing documents2) company name on yelp and uniforms do not match 3) the quote they gave on message was doubled when they arrive even though i have described well.

Bad Company....just had them run a snake to unclog drain .....was there for 2 hours charged $1,100....... stay away from this company....crooks

I ordered service from """"Eagle Eye Plumbing"""" on Thumb Tack but these guys turned up instead. I wanted them to fix a toilet that would not fill and a leak in a basin. The toilet now never stops filling and leaks all the time and the grouting they did around the basin a sub standard. For 1 1/2 hrs work, they charged $850 which is outrageous. I now need another plumber to fix the mess they made. I wish I had seen the previous reviews but honestly it was a bait and switch as Eagle Eye had good reviews. Do not go anywhere near them if you have a chance.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY-DO NOT USE!! I called them to install a new water heater. They returned call quickly but charged double what others wanted. I called another contractor who couldn't come today but said job was half of what they quoted. So I asked if they could do the job, since they were onsite for half the price and they agreed. That should have been my first red flag. They were thieves from the start. They offered a 90 warranty on their work. Next morning my garage flooded due to poor installation. I called them and they wanted to charge me the """"other half"""" to fix. Samuel said that's what his boss said... when I asked to speak to the Boss and for their license numbers.... They jumped in the truck and sped off. The boss is supposedly Yomel Reyes who never called back!
