This has been the absolute worst service I have ever received from any company in my entire life. We were forced to use this compant through our home warrenty for several different plumbing issues in our new house. In person, he agreed there was a problem. On one of our sinks on our double vanity, the water pressure was very low. They were brand new vanities. He told us we need new ones. We were having leaking issues with our shower heads, he said we need new ones. Again, these are all brand new items. We need a new o-ring for toilet, he agrees we do and says he'll contact home warrenty. We dont hear anything so we call them, and the guy told him that everything was fine!!!!! We demanded a second opinion and the new plumber came and fixed all our problems on the spot. The guy clearly didnt know what he was doing.

Guy seemed nice enough but knew nothing about water heaters. So if that's your problem look elsewhere. Probably fine for clogs.

A repair person whose name was Victor came to my property to inspect the issue. From the beginning it seems that he was rushing. I showed him the problem with the house gate valve, first he said this is extra and not important. After, I explained to him he changed his word and checked it.
Second issue was the kitchen sink drain pipe, as soon as he checked the space under the kitchen, he said this is hard to access.
He said, he needs to contact the home warrenty company first and call me back when he got the authorization.
After, three days that I called him and was no response and I left a voice message, no response, then I called home warrenty and they told me that he said he does not have the tools. Really?
If he did not have the tools why he did not say it in the first place?
I guess he noticed it is a hard job and he only wanted to do easy jobs.
He even did not inform me that he transferred the job to another company.

Not happy with the service at all.

Victor was dispatched via my home warranty (Old Republic Home Protection) to troubleshoot a clog in our main sewer line. He was super nice, extremely professional, and genuinely cared about helping me figure out where the clog was / what was causing it / and how to get rid of it. He even came out on a Saturday to do everything. Would definitely use him again!

Do not use! I was charged $65 for him to say my heater tray was dirty and he was asking me for tools! My water heater shut off before tray was ""dirty"", i cleaned it before he left... and it is still shuting off!

Victor is an honest tradesman. He is very courteous, punctual and does the job well. I had the opportunity to have him repair a leaky faucet and replace the water hose for the clothes washing machine. He came in on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no hassle. I will be using his services in the future, Believe me, it is really hard to find technicians with these virtues. I relieved that now I have a reliable plumber to call when I need one. I highly recommend VL plumbing.
