VJ Plumbing replaced the burner on my water heater. They showed up the same day that I called. They went over and above to get the parts needed to make the repair and they were quick, efficient and easy to work with. Víctor was a great technician, helped me get my outdated Kohler faucets and spout back online. These were discontinued but Víctor helped me find parts and got them repaired and installed at a reasonable price. It is too bad that they got a bad review from one person that makes their star rating go down. I had them come out for a claim through a home warranty program, and they fixed everything perfectly! Victor was amazing! A few weeks later I had them do a larger plumbing job for me, and once again, they were great! Victor even fixed something small for me that same day and didn't charge me extra. I give this company 10 stars if there was an option to do so. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, with honesty and care. VJ came to service my tankless water heater. He took the time to explain what he was going to do as well as provide a timeline. Afterward, I mentioned I had issues with the shower not getting hot unless the sink's hot water faucet was turned on. VJ took the extra time to fix the issue, explained the reason, and showed me how to maintain the sediment build-up, a simple fix that will save me in the future. This is the 1st time I've had a plumber go the extra mile to be helpful without the $$$ that previous plumbers have charged. I applaud this company one that you can trust. I will be using VJ Plumbing for my yearly tankless water heater service and any other plumbing issues that should arise in the future, mostly because of VJ's honesty and plumbing expertise.
