Placed a call over the weekend as a new customer and the answer was great ""text me your info and I'll get back to you with a time for Monday"". 4 days went by and the only answer I was given was ""tomorrow is another day"". When I finally asked for some kind of responsibility, I was given the answer of ""you're not me client, I don't have a contract with you, get someone else"", this is not how you treat a New Customer.
