Vitaliy and his partner came in to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. I'm always wary of plumbers as my family as been screwed over too many times BUT ViTech Mechanical and Vitaliy was the real deal! Very kind, understanding and very professional in both work and dealing with. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Vitaliy and team for any of your plumbing needs. He came in, assessed the issues, dealt with the warranty people and got us back to using our sink and dishwasher in under an hour. My family will now only be using ViTech Mechanical. Vitech Mechanical. Contact Vitaliy @ 480-452-5790 I called him yesterday after seeing his name on nextdoor.com and also checking reviews. He came so highly rated everywhere I looked. We scheduled for today. He was great. Called ahead as promised and came on the early end of the window.
He was quick and efficient. I felt like he was very reasonable on his work and didn't try to up sell a thing.
This was a very refreshing feeling compared to the dread I have in calling out any service people.

My shower drain has been clogged for the past month, and let me tell you showering with a pool at your feet is not fun. Finally, I put in an order with my home warranty company and they connected me to VITech. I placed my work order in the morning and heard from VITech a few hours later, they got me scheduled for the following day (at my earliest convenience) and came promptly in the timeframe they originally quoted me. The tech took a look at all my issues, fixed them within 30 minutes and was on his way. Best part?! I don't have to worry about my bathroom products floating around in a pool on the shower floor anymore! Thank you VITech!

Vitaliy came by my house to do a water-softener install. Price was very reasonable and his professionalism and workmanship were top-notch. Will definitely have him back to do a few other jobs around the house. He even hauled away the big box the softener came in even though I did not purchase it from him. Excellent customer service!

Hired them again for a second, messier job--not only was it done right, Vitaliy even cleaned up afterward! AMAZING! I have to say we got this company through our home warrenty to come check out a leak under the sink. They were so kind and so customer oriented. They quickly found the issue and got it remedied. The tech who came out (I think it was Igor) even had to run to a supply place to replace the sink hose. I highly recommend vitech!!

Best plumber in Arizona. I've had numerous plumbers before and nobody did as thorough and good a job as vtech. I also had a shower nobody could fix the water flow - vtech came and got it working. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber that you can trust and count on.

I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable.
ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017. About an hour later ViTech telephoned me indicating they could complete the job 01/02/2017, one day earlier. ViTech arrived on time. After inspecting the work area, the ViTech plumber advised me that the flange was usable and therefore there was no need to replace the flange. He installed my toilet in less than 45 minutes. Total charge to me was $75. These people are honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company.
