Didn't end up using Vitalii as a former plumber neighbor offered to help for free, but prior to that Vitalii was very quick to respond, fast to schedule, and the lowest price of the four quotes I got. Will go to him next time I have a plumbing need.

Unfortunately toilet is still not flushing right. Pleasant to deal with, showed up fairly quickly....but bottom line is toilet is not working properly.

I earlier posted a poor review (see below) but later found he can be contacted through Yelp's ""Get pricing and availability"" button. That uses text messaging, and he replied right away (although not too happy with my 1-star review :-)

I would have deleted the review, but apparently that can't be done, so I'm adjusting this to 4 stars to not lower his rating. This is an urgent problem and he's too busy to come over, so I can't gauge his work. But his quick response is good to know. You just need to contact him through Yelp.

Vitalii has now helped us out of two plumbing emergencies in 3 mo. First we had an awful clog in our kitchen. Not only was he super responsive to the job, he was efficient, informative and reasonable. Second, our water heater died and it was fixed within 24hrs. He is a top notch plumber and we are definitely keeping him in our roster and will tell everyone we know who has plumbing needs!

Fun fact: Did you know that Lowe's does NOT deal directly with connecting or disconnecting gas lines, despite the fact they sell things like...gas stoves and gas powered dryers? I know...it makes no sense. Which is why the convenience of having dependable local businesses is so highly celebrated here in NH.

And that's where Vitalii comes in.

So, Vitalii is actually a man. One guy, that I know of...who has claimed a business here on Yelp in his own namesake. Turns out, he is Ukrainian, which is a bonus for those of us who want to show our support for Ukraine. Whilst English may not be his first language, that doesn't stop him from performing his tasks to the utmost professional level.

You see, I have a gas dryer which I am in the process of replacing at the time of writing this review. Only problem is...the gas line running to the dryer must be disconnected before anyone can haul it away.

Since a lot of places won't touch a gas line with a 40 foot pole without proper licensing and/or the temerity to license their own employees to do so, I had to once again scour the four corners of Yelp to locate someone that could. 10 minutes later (just as advertised), Vitalii responded to my query with a quickness that exceeds even that of The Flash's bombing at the box office (too soon?).

His task was to disconnect the gas line from my broken-ass dryer and cap the open lines thereafter. He completed all of this within the same amount of time that it took to answer my query. AND....he was able to arrive on the same day of said request. It's worth mentioning that I had originally been given a much longer ETA (of about 2 weeks) from a competing company I normally do business with; hence my hasty search. Not to mention the 75 bucks I just saved going through a smaller repair shop.

That's it! Job well done, in and out, just the way it should be. I have zero complaints about this guy. And I am giving Vitalii 5 very relieved households about to receive a brand new electric dryer out of 5!
