I recently had Joe,Nick and the entire gang install a Splits System of A/C in my 2 bedroom cottage. 3 units in all. During the install the heavens opened up and the boys got soaked. That said they did not comprimise the workmanship one bit. They are neat,accurate and have attention for every detail. While the bib was a drop higher than others the reason would be tied up in the workmanship. If its your house these are the contractors of choice! Call them Only Dr. Andrew Picone

I called Vitale and Sons on a referral from my heating oil provider. That was the best referral ever. Joey resolved the issue I called him about on Thursday but after he left we had another problem in the evening. I sent him a message and he responded in the morning. He found several weak links in our 30 year old system and made the necessary repairs. I will hire him again for any furnace problems I might have. I will probably have this old heating system replaced relatively soon and I will absolutely hire Vitale and Sons for the job.

I called this company after getting estimates over$8,000 to replace my heating system in my cabin at Arrowhead. Everyone I spoke to told me I could not replace the floor unit I had, and I would have to install a completely new furnace or a split level unit. When Joe came out he was able to give me exactly what I wanted which was replacing the current system with the same type of system. Some companies quoted me $12,000 which was my highest quotes and was even told I may need to upgrade my entire electrical system to accommodate a new heating system.

Joey was the best!! Our family home, unfortunately, was not weather protected due to unforeseen circumstances and all our pipes burst in the dead of winter. Joey came out on the edge of the weekend for an emergency visit to come check it out and helped access the damage before it got worse. I was desperate and he was the only company that answered me!!

The following week Anthony came by to fix all the pipes himself and was so nice and hardworking. Everything is fixed now and I couldn't be happier. I truly appreciate Vitale & Son Plumbing.

Joey and his crew installed a new tankless hot water heater in my home. They also took the initiative to communicate with my gas supply company on my behalf to determine what type of new lines and regulators I would need, and helped ensure the company came out promptly to install them. They are very prompt, responsive, helpful and all around nice guys. Case in point - I had a flooring delivery arrive while they happened to be at the house, and they helped the delivery people - who initially planned to just leave the flooring outside in the elements - move the flooring into the garage. Joey and his team actually did most of the work themselves, when they easily could have ignored the problem and left it to me to address. They simply go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Imagine waking up and getting dressed coming downstairs and about to go and do your daily business. Now as you go out the door or inside you suddenly see a red light on top of a small beige box flashing and you hear some type of siren. Oh no!! You didn't realize that something went wrong with the plumbing. Then you shake your head and you smile. not to worry I know just what to do. Then you contact Vitale & Son Plumbing. The gentleman comes in and he assesses the situation and tells you not to worry he has everything under control. He puts your mind at ease about the job at hand. Suddenly you feel calm and relaxed knowing full well that he will do a good job. And when he finishes and tells you the price you look in amazement and accept his amount knowing first-hand that a catastrophe was averted thanks to this gentleman and his business. This may sound like a scene from a movie or play ,but this is exactly what happen to my family. When you use his services you can guarantee that it'll be done right the first time and you will not have to worry about this happening ever again! As a businessman he understands when it comes to prices. As a family man he understands the need of something that has to be done within a certain amount of time. Which is why he is very rare in these days of businesses he's personable and reliable and he does his work right there and then. He doesn't shirk duties or responsibilities. One thing he has that other companies do not is his honesty and he is Honorable. You cannot find that and businesses today. They are rare and few between. Oh I can also enter other companies like Semper Fi Plumbing who deals with grinder pumps and is exceptionally one of the best if not the best grinder pump companies in this area. But to date these companies are few and far in-between. They are the exception to the rule. I could continue on and on but I won't bore you with details. Let's just say that businesses like these are needed more than ever now.
