Vladimir is wonderful. He came promptly when we had a running leak under our house and was able to fix it right away a couple years ago. He was reasonably priced as well! We detected another leak, and although we decided to do it ourselves he was so empowering and talked through with my husband on how to fix it and was honest to help. Very grateful for Vladimir and highly recommend.

Great and quick response. Quick to identify the leak and able to repair. Overall for leak detection and repair appears a bit on expensive side. Payment terms are check and/or Venmo.

The guy I spoke to was rude. After answering a few questions about our leak, he abruptly told me that he would charge $300 to detect the leak, he could be here Monday or I can hire someone else and then said goodbye. I asked if I could ask questions about the process and he said no, he was busy and I could call back Monday. Perhaps he doesn't need or want new business.

Worst service possible, did not solve my problem, was terribly rude and tried to intimidate me by yelling at me and getting in my face and kept telling me I was wrong. This man made me fear for my safety and I was hesitant to write this review as a result.

He came by and I showed him the issue with a ton of water piling in an area around my pool. He didn't use any type of sophisticated tools that would actually detect a leak, he just poked around with a stick and said ""there's no leak, just reduce your sprinkler time."" Luckily I had been intimately involved in the sprinkler install just a few weeks prior and I knew that there was a leak because it was just too much water. After 5 minutes he said no leak and asked me to pay him $350. I insisted that there was a leak and he got in my face yelling at me telling me I had to pay him. I told him I would pay if he could prove there wasn't a leak. It really started getting heated and I felt grateful there was a ring camera near me to capture this. In the end he got frustrated, threw his arms up and left.

I spent more time in the yard and decided to close all the sprinklers on that line to see where the pressure would go and if that could detect the leak. Sure enough, in the exact area where I told him there was a leak a ton of water spit up and we found it. We replaced it and haven't had any issues yet.

I suppose that I AM the leak detection specialist now.

Vlad is an unicorn. He explained there was a flat fee for the service call and a free estimate for the work that would be needed. He came within 45 minutes of my calling and had confirmed the leak within 5 minutes. I handed him the cash for the service call. He looked at the money and then back at me. He said I'll fix it free. No cost for my labor or the parts. In 10 minutes he was done and the toilet repaired (all new guts). He even gave my son a little something when he saw that he had been pulling up bricks outside. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

I got up in the morning to water flowing down my driveway. Vlad came over and identified the leak about 5 feet below the concrete driveway, and went through the concrete to reach the pipe. The pipe was a ""poly"" pipe that does not have repair-parts available. Vlad figured out how to fix it. Vlad is also a perfectionist, at the end of a a hard day, he noticed that the meter was still moving albeit so slowly that I would not have been able to tell it was moving if he had not told me how to see the movement. He fixed the minor leak. He is very transparent and his charges were very reasonable.

Vladamir did a great job of detecting our leak and fixing. We've had a couple of leaks over the years and always come to find that the way our pipes were originally set up causes issues with easily finding and fixing the leak without some sort of major overhaul. However unlike many other places we used in the past, he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and he worked harder than anyone I've seen before to not only find the leak, but fix it before the end of the day and do so in a way that would be most cost effective for us. He talked me through everything he was finding and what his plan to resolve would be. I actually gained a bit of knowledge about things just from him explaining. I would definitely recommend his services to others!

Vlad did a fantastic job. My main water line had a leak and he was able to locate it and have it fixed in a matter of hours. His price was excellent and he was on the job when he said he would be. I would highly recommend him.

Vlad = Magic! We had water leaking into our garage when one would take shower in an adjacent bathroom. Our bathroom layout was making it extremely challenging to make a cut and triage since our shower would be on the opposite side of our kitchen cabinets, which would mean that our kitchen granite countertop and cabinets would need to be removed before any plumber could do anything. We had another local plumber take a look before and he left suggesting that when we were ready to take down the kitchen cabinets I can give him a call since he couldn't see any immediate problem and there was no opportunity for him to look for a leakage.

This of course would cost us thousands of dollars. Disappointed, we wanted to give is one more try and I luckily stumbled upon Vit Leak Detection and Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give Vladimir a call. Vladimir must have spent more than an hour on the phone with me trying to understand the issue and my bathroom's configuration, which alone was impressive. He also was coming to the same conclusion initially that it might be tricky given the layout but still decided to come down and see for himself. Upon his visit, he immediately got to work and started ruling out potential issues and observed an issue with the bath tub spout which was leaking and the putty behind it was cracking. He recommended based on his experience that this could be a cause of that water leak and quickly grabbed a new spout and properly caulked and sealed the connections. Voila!! That seems to have done the trick and there is no more water leak.

I am super grateful to Vladimir and highly recommend him. His experience truly speaks volumes. His motto truly was to address my issue and save me money! Thank you, Vlad

We found Vlad from Yelp for looking for water leak detection. We contacted him and he was responsive. He was able to find the leak (this is not evident at all) and fixed it. His price is reasonable and was able to complete the job. He also checked in and out of the house to ensure that there are no more leaks.

Background: We were notified by the city via mail of a potential leak, due to high water usage. We had no idea. We did a little investigation and did agree of the leak, but can't find the source. We shut down the main line to save water and began searching for a plumber that can detect leak and fix on spot (if found). We chose Vlad because of the high Yelp review. Others were from larger companies and cost more. Vlad is an operator / owner with great Yelp reviews.
