We recently bought our house and we had water leak around the kitchen area. It was truly nightmare for us. We had several plumbers come and go and they would all give us expensive quotes and on top of that they wouldn't even know where the leak was located. Then Vlad came in and he tried to find the leak where the other plumbers had told us and he couldn't find anywhere. He was able to locate the leak beneath the kitchen island. He is extremely hardworking, honest and reliable. He really did his best to complete the job soon. His quote was far more reasonable than others I would highly recommend him and I have asked all our friends and relatives to contact him only. We are extremely thankful Vlad. I am generally skeptical of reviews.....but got to say the 5 star rating is well deserved! I contacted Via Leak Detection & Plumbing and received a return call the same day. Vlad (owner) was able to come was able to come out the next morning so I get my main water line to the house turned back on. He is very experienced and I felt his price was fair.

He was able to identify the exact source and location of my leak. What I thought was very helpful is that he provided a few options to help save me money on the repair.

Best in the leak detection business. I haven't needed Vlad's plumbing skills, but I have utilized his leak detection skills multiple times for different leaks and he always finds it when no one else could. He's the best. Plus he was the only one that charged what felt like a fair rate for his skills.

I got a phone call from a neighbor while at work that it appeared we had a main line water leak and water was flooding into our court downhill. I called Vit and he arrived within 15 minutes and using various techniques was able to pinpoint where the leak was (which was unfortunately under our concrete driveway...). He was able to chisel through the concrete and identify the exact cause of the leak: a 45 degree mainline pipe connection uncoupling due to ground movement/pressure (pvc pipe of course...). As the second quote we got to repair and patch the leak was higher than expected, Vit ended up repairing the pipe, sent me to the hardware store to pick up some gravel to support he underground pipe, and then filled the hole and spend time to clean the surface of our driveway. Thanks Vit for the reliable and honest service and for saving us a few extra thousand dollars!

Vit figured out our problem, a leaking refrigerator, in a very short time. Charged us 1/2 price of his base rate and recommended an appliance repair company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vit or call him again if I have a plumping issue.

Yesterday I determined we had a leak somewhere in our drip irrigation system. I was unable to locate the problem myself.

I had a similar issue at the beginning of 2020 and that's when I first called Vladimir. He was able to determine tree roots had broken a PVC connection under the tree.

Since he did such a great job back in March of last year, I called him back yesterday. He came right away this morning. It turned out it was a valve that I had ignored, assuming it wasn't the problem Of course Vladimir found it was the problem and quickly repaired it for us.

Finally found a gem of a plumber! We had a leak inside wall above stove. Some plumbers had too much work. One came, opened the stucco outside but said he couldn't find leak & that we should call a leak detection specialist. Called one who said they didn't work with drains. Finally my husband reached Vladimir at VIT Plumbing. He came the same day at 4:15 PM, at the end his day and started working right away. He cut more stucco, opened the kitchen ceiling and worked from both sides, being like an acrobat at times! The leak was on copper pipes which were not easy to reach and fix but he stayed until the job was done. He cleaned up the kitchen floor too. His price was reasonable and he guaranteed the job for 3 years! We definitely will use his services again when needed. Now we have to find someone to fix ceiling and stucco.

Hired VIT to handle a leak detection at a property in Alamo. Very difficult to reach. Took a week to get us a report. Overall, he put minimal effort into finding this leak. This is not the company to hire for leak detection.
