I had a leak under my slab. I feel so fortunate that when I searched for companies that do leak detections Vit was the first company I called. He came out and found the leak right away and we scheduled for two days later. He me told get another bid if I wanted to. I did get a second bid just to see and the second company quoted me a bid almost 3 times Vlad's. Vlad came out and did the repair and was able to complete without having to destroy my floors. He explained everything to me , didn't talk down to me, showed up at the time he said he would. He did the work himself. I understand now why he has nothing but 5 star review. Vlad is terrific. I had a leak in my front yard that I thought was on the street side of the water meter, so first I had EBMUD come take a look. They came by and said it was my responsibility. I called Vlad and he was able to come out same day. He identified the location of the leak, dug it out and showed me where the pipe was leaking. He offered two options: tighten the valve or replace the valve. His recommendation was to tighten the valve, which would save me money, and he offered a two year warranty against future leaks. He successfully stopped the leak. I was impressed with his ability to arrive and repair it so quickly.

We had a leak that EBMUD detected. The first leak detector company sent out a tech who spent 3 hours and couldn't find the leak. He was stumped.

Vlad came out on Friday at 10AM and within 1 hour had found the leak. He then proceeded to work non-stop until 6PM to dig a hole, diagnose the problem and fix it.

Vlad is a thorough professional and really good in finding leaks. We had some major leakage losing 18 gallons of water or so / minute. He was able to accommodate and came on the same day I called and detect and fix the leak. He means business and does not like you to be in two minds about anything. You do have to make a quick decision after he has done his diagnosis else before you know it he is off to see another client :). He came back the a few days later to fix a new pipe for our sprinkler system and also graciously detected a minor leak in our backyard sprinkler system w/o an extra charge! Would recommend Vlad for water leakage service...he is a pro!!

We are very happy customers. Vlad was very professional and knowledgeable. Due to the age of our house, pipes were 3 feet down which made it really difficult to find the leak but because of the experience behind him, Vlad was able to find our leak. Not only did he find the leak but he stayed to fix it that same day. This guy is awesome and his rates are very reasonable. We will probably have to replace our main waterline ftom the street to the house and will be calling Vlad for sure to help us with it. I highly recommend him and gonna pass his number along to one of our friends that manages several rentals!

We had an urgent plumbing issue in my father's house. First, I called a few other five star rated plumbers with hundreds of positive reviews and they were all too busy. Vladimir was good fate. Even though he had fewer reviews, I was impressed right off the bat. After expressing urgency over the phone, he was more concerned about helping us out. He mentioned that he would be there in one hour but showed up in half the time. The work was complex since he had to remove a section of copper pipe behind the sewage pipes. Like a skilled magician, he got the work done, very quickly and professionally. This translated to an amazing deal. I'm so grateful to have found Vladimir. I will also be calling him for the future needs at my estate.

Vit was on time (early in fact) and quickly diagnosed a water leak that had been driving me nuts for weeks. Turns out it was coming from a neighbor's property. Leak was fixed and the crawl space beneath my house is drying out. He's not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Vlad was very responsive to our problem. We had discovered a water leak under our driveway and potentially faced having our water shut off over a three day week end. Vlad fit us in the next morning, and was willing to work and dig to find the leak in 95 degree heat - I was thankful that he was able to find it so fast.
Really smart guy and fairly priced. He seems to know everything there is about plumbing, and offered ex excellent advice, he is clearly an expert.
