We had a slow leak in our garage ceiling that we noticed leaked when we used the kitchen sink and one of our showers. Vladimir (the owner) came the next day, found the source of the leak and fixed it in a little over 2 hours (involved cutting some dry wall in the ceiling and behind the dishwasher).

Relieved to have found someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to contact for future problems. Price was reasonable. Support small business and give this business a try!

I called Vit Leak Detection yesterday late morning. Set up an appointment with Vladimir to come out to my elderly parents house where a copper irrigation line had been leaking near a pool deck for that afternoon. At noon I received a call from Vladimir asking if I could meet him at the home four hours early as he had just finished another job!

Vladimir came exactly in 25 minutes as he said, and within 20 had located not one but two leaks in the copper line and noticed two faulty bib valves too boot! Within the hour, he had dug out the leaking line, soldered on new fittings and had replaced the two, leaking hose bibs!! He warranted his work as well.

I can't recommend this company and Vladimir more. Great service at at very reasonable rate. Decidedly would use again. Thank you!!

After reading the good reviews about this plumber I decided to give him a call to ask for an estimate. I told him about our problem with a leaky hot water pipe under the slab & immediately he was already telling me his ideas on how to fix it over the phone without even seeing it yet. He showed up in the evening & started tracing the piping run was able to identified the problem immediately. He showed up the following morning & fixed the leaky pipe quickly. I was very impressed on how fast he works. Vladimir is a very experienced plumber. He is also so nice & very helpful. I highly recommend this guy! Thank you very Vladimir. You are awesome!

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, hard working, fairly priced plumber, Vladimir is your guy! I had a slab leak in my garage last summer, and he came to my rescue immediately and found the leak in less than 15 minutes. He gave me a very fair estimate for repairs, but my brother has quite a bit of plumbing knowledge and thought he would try to fix the problem. Vladimir stayed and talked to my brother for over a 40 minutes to make sure he did not forget any of the small steps it would take to fix the problem!! Amazing!! They don't make them like that anymore ;o)
I have recommended Vladimir to friends, and everyone has been extremely happy with him. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!

Vladimir came out and fix my toilet's wax ring seal leak and gave me advice on what to do about the floor damage. Noticed that our 20 yr old water heater had sprung a leak. Call Vadamir and he was here within 2hrs. Removed the old heater, replaced the water/gas flex lines & water inlet cutoff, rerouted the copper over flow lines and cleaned up the area. Very professional and reasonably priced. Had a major leak which we noticed on water bill..contractor and landscaper could not detect leak..Called VIT (Vladimir) came same day checked everything and detected the problem. Did due diligence did not rush the appointment. He made sure no other issues.. Great guy will use if needed..

Vladimir came over the same day that I called. He did a very thorough investigation and found my water leak. He broke open some patio aggregate and soldered in a temporary fix on his first visit. He came back a few days later with his jackhammer, made a tidy opening in the cement, and fixed the problem. Afterwards, he cleaned up the debris and went around my yard to listen for additional leaks. Very honest, fast and fair. I would definitely call him again. I have colored aggregate with river rock, so he couldn't match it. Otherwise, he would have repaired the cement as well.

We had a nasty leak on the main line that has been pouring out more than 30 gallons per hour. There is a long distance from the meter to the house and the large irrigation system. Finding the leak that was not visible on the surface has been a daunting proposition. I called Vladimir and he came over on less than 2 hours notice, determined the leak location in just few minutes despite it being more than 4 feet under ground and fixed it too! It has been a savior of the day!
