Vladimir is an excellent, highly knowledgeable plumber. He helped us locate 2 very small but continuous leaks outside our house. He has the experience and specialized equipment to do this kind of detective work. Also he provided practical advice on how to approach the problem. Like another reviewer noted, Vladimir has a thick Russian accent but a good command of English and bonus: he seems like a really nice and decent guy...exactly the type of person you would trust to take care of your plumbing problems efficiently and without taking advantage of the situation. We plan to go to him for any future plumbing needs - he's great!!

Fast, honest and efficient. Can't say enough good about Vladimir. Had a leak in my pressure line in my irrigation system. Water was coming out of the french drain in the gutter but there were no wet spots in the yard. Vlad came out the next day and used sophisticated equipment to find the leak, then dug out the mess of pipes and fixed it all. His prices are reasonable and his work is exemplary.

Home from church on Sunday, my wife discovered a small lake in front of our house where the water line comes in from the street (hidden behind a hedge of Oleander). After crawling behind the hedge, found that the compression fitting had sprung a leak, spaying water all over. No idea how long this had been going on (just got home from a week-long vacation), but it needed to be repaired immediately! Went online and found two plumbers to call; first went to an answering machine, with a promise to call first thing the next business day. The second claimed to have no one available, but offered to put me on the schedule for Monday if I was unsuccessful in finding an emergency service. Called VIT next, Vladimir answered promptly. A bit reluctant to come out at first ( doesn't work on Sunday), but agreed to be out in 30 minutes when he understood the nature of my emergency and that I was only about 3 miles away ('his neighbor' as he later told me!). He arrived in less than the promised 30 minutes, and immediately diagnosed the problem. An hour or so later, the emergency repair was complete (leak stopped and connections appeared solid), but he was very honest to say a more secure fitting would be advised to prevent recurrence. Only charged $260 (mostly expense for the copper pipe and fittings), and gave me a 2 year warranty on the work! VIT is now at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs!

VIT Pumbing just finished locating and repairing an evasive, below concrete leak in my irrigation system. Every aspect of Vladimir's work was professional from a notice of his ETA and once here, periodic updates on his progress. The area was washed clean. I highly recommend VIT and will use them again.

I called around 8 am and he came in 45 minutes to inspect the lines and established little leak by pool valve.
Flat rate for inspection charge was $275 for 30 min of work. Service was great and I am completely happy with overall results.

Vladimir's service was great. I had him out for a leak detection of a leak in our main water supply line. He was able to find the leak quickly. His rates a quite reasonable. I would recommend him for leak detection.

I can't say enough about VIT Plumbing and Leak Detection. My wife noticed water accumulating in a small area of our Townhome's back patio. I called two plumbers and they told me that I needed a leak detection specialist. I got one bid of $800.00. Yikes! Discouraged, I stumbled onto the VIT Plumbing website via Yelp and discovered that they did leak detection. I took a chance and called them. To my delight, Vladimir came out the next day and located my water leak, which happened to be right outside of my patio (It was the feeder pipe from the main line into my home's water intake line). After I gave a 24 hour notice to the other surrounding units, Vladimir came out and fixed the leak. This was no easy task to say the least. But thank God he was able to repair this pipe. He's very reasonably priced as well and I will use his services for all of my plumbing needs. I've recommend him highly to others and would give VIT Plumbing 10 stars if I could! Had a water leak under the concrete slab.he used his leak detectors to find the leak under my master bathroom. He was able to re route that pipe and I had water that same day. Gave me a very good price
