I am really disappointed in Matt at Visteen. He came to us as a referral to help with a small, simple leak. He punched a hole in our wall, told us he would replace the problem faucet hardware, and then never returned a call or text to finish. He left us without finishing the job!

He took a LOT of follow up, too. Compared to other plumbers we have had over the years, this one ranks last in customer service.
