Visionary Builders is my go-to for home repair and improvement. Robert recently installed a heat-pump water heater for me. My old gas water heater was long past its sell-by date. The new water heater runs like a champ. Robert went the extra mile to super insulate the pipes leading from the outside heat pump to the inside water tank. I am very happy to have a trustworthy professional to make my home improvement plans a reality.

Robert De Wan placed a recirculating hot water pump in our home. Did an excellent job & returned 4 times when malfunctioning of the original unit occurred (manufacturing problem)...at no extra cost. Obviously he stands behind his work He is quite knowledgeable about tankless hot water heaters & their accessories, prompt in dealing with problems, & even has an excellent sense of humor!

Mr. Robert De Wan has helped me on a few projects this last year. I myself am in the trades and from time to time require the help of an experienced general contractor. Mr. De Wan fits that build. He is not only great in what he does with his building skills but is also a people person. Every time I bring Robert into a project I am working on I know that he will get the job done correctly-NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Mr. De Wan is also very good about giving a solid price upfront that anticipates potential problems or issues that he foresees may arise. I have worked with other builders before who give a low price to get in knowing very well the customer is not well versed enough with the knowledge as to what the full scope of work will actually be and the moment they open something up and find something that was ""unexpected"" start running up the bill- NOT ROBERT he lets me and the customer know upfront that he may run into this or that and his price is reflective of such. If he has no issues he adjusts his price accordingly as not to run my customers up. This upfront approach is priceless within the trades industry.
Robert is very knowledgeable at his craft and is prepared and equipped with virtually every toy and tool to see a project through from start to finish professionally and properly. I will use him again when the time arises and highly recommend him to anyone requiring the skilled service of a general contractor.
