Wow!!! We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Dale and his team... He came right out and accessed the issue and put a plan in place to resolve the issue. He told me exactly what need to be done.. Dale gave me a solution that no other plumbing company gave.. They re-routed our broken pipe under our slab and closed off the old broken pipe.. Dales team was at our home early, they finished earlier that anticipated for this big job (the same day),they kept us informed along the way, they were very,very nice, professional, KNEW what they were doing and cleaned up after the job...I would recommend them for any you have... We were glad that we followed the advice to call him. We recently went through the home buying process and he inspected our main line. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, prompt, and thorough. In our new home, we have needed some work done and again, Dale has been great. His explanations are helpful and his work is quality He sticks at it until the job is done right. Had a clog drain that would not clear. Ended up needing to have the pipes in my wall changed out. I called Dale at Vision One off of a recommendation. Dale and his apprentice showed up right as scheduled, viewed the situation, retrieved the needed parts and were done before you know it! Very clean work, fast and friendly. Dale explained the whole process and his price was less than I expected. I would definitely use the services of Vision One again!

Dale was a big help before and after I bought my new house. He inspected and found a blockage and, later, after some investigating, he found a cracked pipe and sewage leak. He replaced the pipe and installed another cleanout, and even provided a concrete cover at no charge, because he already had an extra.

Great plumber!! Goes above and beyond to get the job done.. Check a persons reviews before taking their word for it.. If all of their reviews is negative, that person is a problem, not the places they go to.. Dale comes highly recommended by numerous realtors!!

Not sure why the negative reviews as we have used Dale for years for our plumbing needs-- mostly rooter service and hot water heater issues. He has been nothing but great and much more honest and reasonably priced than any other plumber we have found over the years. On top of that, he is a very nice guy and reliable too. We refer him to all our friends.

We used Dale at Vision 1 Plumbing to install our water pressure regulator. I found him very personable, and really liked him. The next few days it sounded like the pipes in the shower were shaking - it was very loud and made us very nervous. I contacted our Home Warranty service who sent out a plumber. When the plumber inspected the shower and regulator, he found that first, when Dale installed the regulator, he had the water pressure too low, so that was causing the problem and would have damaged the pipes in the long run, and second and most distressing, Dale did NOT GROUND the plug. Had there been a spark or short and my husband & I been using the water, we could have been ELECTROCUTED. I hate to mess with someone's livelihood, but he could have caused serious damage to my house or worse, to my family.
