This company charged $350 to replace a toilet kit and adjust the second toilet Kit.
I tech did not have the part and had to get one and I was charged for his shopping time. The hourly rate is $180.
They could not do a simple job in an hour so I was charged 2 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Funny thing happened when I was looking for a plumber. I used Yelp to find me a plumber for a non emergency issue and it sent my request to a few top rated plumbers. Most of the responses were generic ""we'd love to help you, so call us"" or ""no response"".
I did ask specific questions and rates but no response. So dumb.
Thankfully when I Googled ""plumbers in Visalia"", Visalia Plumbing came up. One quick call to their friendly helpful staff and they were here within a couple of days, on time and did everything I needed. The tech was super easy going and very knowledgeable. His work was clean and did everything as expected. Shout out to the tech Marcos for really delivering great customer service!
Good news for them is I need more work done and will definitely be calling them back. Thank you Visalia Plumbing.

Anytime a plumbing issue arises I call Visalia Plumbing. I am transitioning from an electric stove to a gas stove and needed to move a gas line from the wash room to the kitchen. David looked at the project and within 3 hours or so had it completed. Complete professional and very knowledgeable. Good job.

They come out multiple times but don't get anything done...just to inflate charges. They work for 10 minutes and charge for 1 hour.

Do yourself a favor, hire someone else!

This has to be the very best plumbing company in Visalia, Calif.
I had a clogged up kitchen sink that I could not clear on my own and called them at about 1 pm om Friday 2/25/2022 and they arrived at 1:45 pm.
The owner and one of his employees were pleasant and went right to work and cleared the drain of the potato peelings I put down into the garbage disposal to fast.left
They were done within 1 hour and the bill was very reasonable.
Do not call any other plumbing company for your plumbing and sprinkler repair needs.

We called Visalia plumbing to repair a leaky toilet. Someone from the office called to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he was polite and considerate of our home. He was responsive to our request to Fox a non scheduled repair. He worked quickly. The repairman had a friendly demeanor and a sense of humor. What more can a homeowner ask. We had a positive experience.

We just had them out to replace a sewer line. They had the lowest estimate out of everyone we called (by far!) and responded fastest. We almost had some other guy out but he wasted our time and never showed- glad he didn't show because we called these guys next. They got everything done fast, and even when a bush had to get dug up they left it looking nicer than when they started. We're really happy with the work they did and will keep calling them in the future for all our plumbing needs and misadventures.

Adam came out and solved my leaky shower. He was professions and very knowledgeable. He offered advice on manny of my future plumbing ideas for our renovation. Very good guy..my dogs loved him.

UPDATE 8/31/20:
Spoke to the owner. He was very polite. He investigated the incident, called back within 20 minutes and agreed that I was over-charged. They will bring by a cash refund tomorrow. Kudos to the owner. In my opinion this is the right way to run a business. Mistakes will be made but they can be corrected and the damage mitigated.

Quoted me $1600 for eight hours work and 40 feet of pipe. They did five hours of work and 20 usefeet of pipe and insisted on charging me the full price. They said they did not estimate the job correctly!!! They were gone 30 minutes buying parts which they said they would ""be sure to bring"". This little maneuver cost him a lot of money because I was going to ask them to remodeled my two bathrooms. I will never use them or recommend them again.
