This company came out in the beginning of March to help with water backing up. I showed him the clean out to snake right outside of the bathroom. He said he would snake the shower drain instead. He worked on this while also stopping to text on his phone several times; out at his vehicle, while in the shower, while setting up, and while cleaning up. I finally asked him if the office was texting him and he said no, that his daughter and grandchildren were at his house. He charged us $210 which included a $15 coupon. He quoted the job at 1.25 hours but really, without the texting breaks it should have been less. Now, in mid-April, we have had to call another plumber out to help us with water backing up again. This plumber actually did snake the clean out outside of this bathroom (that I had asked Visalia Plumbig to do and he did not) and it appears that this took care of the issue. We did not call him back out as we did not feel he would fix this per his prior comments.

The most unprofessional company I've ever had contact with. Glad their first and only visit was covered by my insurance. Tech looked like he was in a dream state the whole time, acted like he couldn't find his way out of a paper bag. Wasted nearly two of *my* precious hours padding his time sheet, when I needed to leave. As if that weren't enough his truck blocked my mailbox the entire time. Btw it didn't help their image when I called to share my views and the woman on the phone got argumentative, defensive; no wonder, I soon found out she was the co-owner lol. The leak could have easily been located in half an hour. Thankfully, she and hubby will be the ones to pay the tech, not me.

Visalia Plumbing is expensive. Not sure how much I was expecting and probably my bad on not asking a quote first. But he came out to look at the shower head leak, didn't have the part, went to Home Depot, which didn't have the part. So back on a Saturday to fix it. He said there was a broken piece that needed to be repaired. Charged me $315! Not sure where that came from, but that's crazy to me. I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment, they gave me a Wednesday. I asked if they had any openings on Thursday since I would be home. They scheduled 4-6. Only to my surprise, when he came to my house he said that was considered on call. How was it on call when I made an appointment. Also couldn't email me the receipt because the ladies never asked me for my email. Came back on Saturday for him to finish. He showed me it was a tiny little thing that needed to be repaired. And said I would only need to pay for the part. The part was $75. Again, I blame myself for not YouTubing what looked to be so easy for him. Instead of paying $400.

We had a water leak between the meter and the house. Water was pooling up. I called our warrantee company offered by Cal water service. This leak happened on a weekend. Needed to be repaired. Warrantee co
Contacted Visalia plumbing. They called and had Juan here in 2 hours. He repaired the leak and when he left other than wet bark,you couldn't tell that the ground was disturbed. He provided a business card for me for the next time I have a plumbing emergency. Thanks Juan

This company charged $350 to replace a toilet kit and adjust the second toilet Kit.
I tech did not have the part and had to get one and I was charged for his shopping time. The hourly rate is $180.
They could not do a simple job in an hour so I was charged 2 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Funny thing happened when I was looking for a plumber. I used Yelp to find me a plumber for a non emergency issue and it sent my request to a few top rated plumbers. Most of the responses were generic ""we'd love to help you, so call us"" or ""no response"".
I did ask specific questions and rates but no response. So dumb.
Thankfully when I Googled ""plumbers in Visalia"", Visalia Plumbing came up. One quick call to their friendly helpful staff and they were here within a couple of days, on time and did everything I needed. The tech was super easy going and very knowledgeable. His work was clean and did everything as expected. Shout out to the tech Marcos for really delivering great customer service!
Good news for them is I need more work done and will definitely be calling them back. Thank you Visalia Plumbing.

Anytime a plumbing issue arises I call Visalia Plumbing. I am transitioning from an electric stove to a gas stove and needed to move a gas line from the wash room to the kitchen. David looked at the project and within 3 hours or so had it completed. Complete professional and very knowledgeable. Good job.

They come out multiple times but don't get anything done...just to inflate charges. They work for 10 minutes and charge for 1 hour.

Do yourself a favor, hire someone else!

This has to be the very best plumbing company in Visalia, Calif.
I had a clogged up kitchen sink that I could not clear on my own and called them at about 1 pm om Friday 2/25/2022 and they arrived at 1:45 pm.
The owner and one of his employees were pleasant and went right to work and cleared the drain of the potato peelings I put down into the garbage disposal to fast.left
They were done within 1 hour and the bill was very reasonable.
Do not call any other plumbing company for your plumbing and sprinkler repair needs.

We called Visalia plumbing to repair a leaky toilet. Someone from the office called to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he was polite and considerate of our home. He was responsive to our request to Fox a non scheduled repair. He worked quickly. The repairman had a friendly demeanor and a sense of humor. What more can a homeowner ask. We had a positive experience.
