Someone highly recommended using this company because of their professionalism. I ended up using this service three times within one year. Martin is very fast, efficient and friendly. As a caregiver, I get stressed very easily and he keeps me calm by quickly addressing my problems and takes the time to answer my questions. He is a good communicator and also gives me information that I did not see online. He is very easy to get along with and is very compassionate about helping people. I highly recommend this awesome company. They're true to their word. Affordable And took care of all of our plumbing needs. I love my new tankless water heater and they made sure all of my faucets showers Etc received hot water and are in good working order.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink and I couldn't tell where it was coming from. Two gentlemen came and made the assessment that one of the hoses in the faucet was leaking. They didn't have an appropriate faucet on the truck, so a different plumber, named Scotland, came the next day to install a new faucet. All were prompt, clean, professional, courteous, respectful of us and our residence, and they provided expert plumbing services. I would definitely recommend them.

No corners cut, honest assessments and the prices were better than all of the rest of the quotes (and in some cases put together). I had a damp floor on the other side of the shower wall. Had another plumber come first and even though they corrected an issue I had there was still dampness in the room next door. Joe and Ben squeezed me in on Friday and used their equipment to correctly diagnose the issue. Turns out the drain was messed up too. They fixed that and corrected a couple potential problem areas all at a fair price! Definitely recommend these guys! Thank You

Martin and his team made it so easy to fix my issue. My parents had a plumbing issue and since they are not proficient in English, I agreed to take care of this issue for them, from +2k miles away from home. He was very communicative and responsive, explaining everything from what they had planned to do by looking at the photos we had sent, to the problems that occurred while his team were at the house, and finally compiling a detailed summary of the entire process, beginning to end. Since I was out-of-state, I was very appreciative that they kept me in the loop every step of the way and also had the patience for me to explain/translate it to my parents over the phone. I understood the pricing and felt it was reasonable, given the severity of the issue. I felt comfortable with sharing any concerns I or my parents had because of the awesome accommodation they provided. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing services. Highly recommend this local small business and its owner, Martin. Our shower valve broke late Sunday afternoon and we couldn't make the water turn off without cutting water to the whole house. Martin returned my call and dropped everything at 5pm to drive into Honolulu for the parts, then came straight to our house to fix the problem. So grateful we didn't have to wait for Monday and spend Sunday night with no water! The price for labor was reasonable and was less than the $300 fee one large plumbing firm quoted me to just show up at my house -- which would have been on top of any labor or parts.
