In full transparency, Viper never performed any services whatsoever for myself or anyone I know. My review exclusively focuses on """"Price"""". I requested and recieved a quote for electrical work. In full transparency (as well), I solicited quotes from five other electrical companies for the same work. Viper's quote was more than twice that of the average of the other quotes. It was so egregiously high, that I requested a """"re-quote"""" to ensure a mistake wasn't made. After a few days, the """"re-quote"""" was provided and the price, unchanged. People requesting quotes for work need to do their research to ensure overpayment doesn't occur. While I cannot speak to any other facet of my inquiry with Viper, I can say the quote came in so unbelievably high that I would never consider contacting them again. Again, my advice would be to do your homework and due dilligence to ensure the services of any company provided reflect fair-value.

I needed several services . Matthew did a fantastic job and did it efficiently, neatly and did exactly what I asked him to do. He cleaned up after each job and was very respectful of our home. He is a very nice man and easy to work with. We are very happy. The charges were exactly what we were quoted at the beginning. Thank you so much Matthew and we will use you every time we need some work done at our home.
