Had a clogged toilet this morning and reached out on Yelp to get quotes. Viper was first to respond, provided a fair price upfront (while others needed to come out to do an estimate), and showed up in an hour. Can't beat the service when you're faced with an urgent plumbing issue. Def recommended!

The service was done perfectly. They also recommended hydro flush for an extra fee which we are not aware previously. This will really clean all the surroundings of the pipe. They also have a camera to show us the outcome. We are very satisfied with their job and definitely consider them in any plumbing future repairs. They service fee is standard and value in this days of expensive repairs.

Very quick and well done service! Got a main valve replacement and their prices are really fair. I shopped around for pricing and theirs was the most affordable by far, and for the quality of the replacement I have no complaints.

Eduardo was able to get two technicians out to our house in the same week I contacted him. The service required the whole house to have the water shut off, but they were done in less than half an hour! We've had that rusted valve for nearly a decade and it was fixed in a flash. They were also really patient and explained what the repair entailed, how to pay their invoice, and the warranty as well.

I was hesitant to call a contractor for help (I've had many bad experiences in the past), but now for plumbing I know I can always call them!

May 3, 2024. Replacing waterline piping from the city water meter to our home. We had an appointment between 8 AM and 9 AM. Abedo and Diego arrived after 8 AM. Really nice guys they assessed the job said no problem and got started within an hour later. Jose arrived to help. Everyone kept us up-to-date on what they were doing how long it would take when the water would be shut off and back on All of the guys provided excellent customer service, very courteous and respectful. Jose and and his team advised us after digging up the grass and soil there was a shut off valve for our sprinkler system that was connected to the waterline under all the soil and grass that needed to be replaced. They would install a very accessible shut off valve for the sprinkler system. We were very surprised to see this put together in poorly in the past. It was an extra $295 but it needed to be done correctly so we agreed Everything went smoothly after that. I was happy to hear that they use high-quality materials when doing their jobs from Ferguson plumbing supply Thank you, Jose and your team for providing us.
